Landscape Design in Cornelius, North Carolina

Landscape design begins with an initial consultation and site analysis. Concept sketches are prepared, refined through revisions, and finalized with specific plant and material choices. Depending on the project’s size and the season, installation usually takes 1—6 weeks from concept approval. Included in your package may be a measured base map, planting layout, material specs, lighting and irrigation details, and 2D or 3D renderings that bring the design to life. For landscaping design in Cornelius, NC, local soil, climate, and building codes influence the plan and schedule. Depending on permits, HOA approvals, and the need for custom materials, a project can take 2—6 additional weeks. Simpler projects using readily available materials often move much faster. Once your documents are complete, The Grounds Guys can provide a quote and arrange the landscape installation. Weather and supply timelines may impact when crews can start; installations are sometimes scheduled to align with seasonal best practices.
