We are so happy with all the work that the Grounds Guys have done on our front and backyard. Everything looks amazing. All of the workers were kind and professional. Jim, was great at communicating and understanding our needs and wants. We just moved to the area and haven’t had the best experience with service providers up until now. Grounds Guys showed up exactly on time every day. Erika, in the office, was so kind and quick at responding to our questions etc. We would definitely recommend them to all of our friends and neighbors. The Ground Guys of Pflugerville have serviced my yard for over two years. Jim transformed my muddy, grass less back yard to a thing of beauty. Amazing landscaping of troubled areas, the addition of zoysia grass, a new vibrant tree and excellent care on a biweekly basis. Jim, Tina, Ale, and Evie are so easy to communicate with. Extremely responsive with your needs in mind. People say I pay too much, but my mom always said, "you get what you pay for" and I now have a beautiful back yard that my 3 four legged kids love to be in. After the ice storm we had a few years ago I needed a professional to reshape the trees in my front yard. Great folks, they took good care of my trees, gave me a fair price, and scheduled time when it would be healthiest to trim the trees. They made a special trip to offer an estimate and we agreed on how aggressive of a trim. They even sent me before and after photos.
