We had a 40-year-old stone retaining on the driveway that was bulging out and ready to fall. The guys were right on time and did a great job tearing down the wall, putting gravel behind it (which id didn't have previously), and reassembling the stones in a beautiful design using the cleaner sides of the stones and matching the colors in a very pleasing look. We will definitely use them again for any future landscaping needs we might have.

I recently hired The Grounds Guys of Mt. Lebanon to clean up my shrub beds, mulch all of my landscaping beds, and get my yard back in shape after the winter season — and I couldn't be happier! This is actually the second year in a row I’ve worked with them. Once again, they gave me the best price compared to other quotes and delivered outstanding results. Their team was professional, efficient, and the quality of their work was excellent. They showed up on time, completed the project quickly, and left everything looking absolutely beautiful. I was so impressed that I referred five of my neighbors — and every single one of them signed up too! Excellent service and price. I contacted over five vendors to price out getting my shrub beds edged/mulched and the Grounds Guys crushed all other bids. Furthermore, they completed the job quickly, professionally, and with top notch quality. Knowing I was dealing with a real company that provided written agreements with clear terms, electronic processing, and possessed the proper insurance gave me great peace of mind. I will be calling the Grounds Guys for future work and I suggest you do too!

We were in dire need of hiring a company to build a 2 tier retaining wall and placing boulders around our property. Our yard was falling and we was concerned that there would be damage to the house. Also, we had issues with random people parking in the lawn for convenience. Due to the location of the work that needed done (on a busy street against a steep hill), no one wanted to take the job. But Jeff Ungerman and his team saved the day. Jeff sent Tom out to meet with us and we were impressed from day one. Tom was not just on time, but a little early (which always impresses us). He was polite and informative of our options. We informed Tom of our budget and needs and he assured us he would relay the information to the owner. A few days later we got a response from Jeff (the owner) that he unfortunately could not stay within our budget due to rising prices and supply issues due to covid. But he never gave up on the project. After quite a lot of emails, Jeff went over every option he could come up with and we finally came up with a solution. His team was there the day after the contract was signed. They were fast, efficient, and very professional. Jeff was there also, working right alongside his crew. When the job was done, we were more than happy with the finished product. We will definitely use The Grounds Guys again and recommend them to everyone we know.
