I am a shopper and contacted four companies for bids on the project. Julie, at grounds guys, was the most professional of all. First off, she acted like she would appreciate being considered for the job. Her design was unrivaled in its thoroughness and completeness and professionalism. Price was competitive. Above all of this, was her personal attention to our job. Some plants that were selected did not meet her approval and so she took her personal time and swap them out. Some of the plants had already been installed and she had them removed rather than not be satisfied with the product. The crew was professional, respectful, dressed for the job. Clean up was as good as if I had done it myself . Bidding process put the others to shame.

UPDATE: Charles contacted me and we spoke about what needed to be fixed. I appreciate him taking the time to come out and seeing for himself what the issues were. Many thanks to Charles, Clark, Marlon & José for correcting the problem areas. I am very pleased and am changing my rating from 2 stars to 5. 👍🏾 Lack of communication was definitely an issue. For starters, the initial walk through. I was supposed to receive a call letting me know when the rep would be on the property. I received a call after he’d already been. I asked if he could come back so we’d walk through together because I also had some questions. Clean up day was scheduled for a Thursday and I was not able to get an estimated time for their arrival. They ended up coming the next day. I stopped by as they were working but the dirt, dust and pollen were too much so I left. Let me begin by saying prior to, the yard had leaves upon leaves stuck along the fence and under bushes that needed to be cleared away. Some areas looked nice while other areas were left incomplete. I let the rep know the yard looked nice but there were some areas missed and sent him pics. Unfortunately, they came back this week but the same areas that needed fixing are STILL incomplete. It’s disappointing, I will not hire them again.
