I don't normally write reviews, but here you go. I was looking for core aeration, overseeding, and top dressing and landed on The Grounds Guys due to their responsiveness and the ease of getting a quote, requesting changes, and getting a quick turn-around. Pricing was fair and they came out when expect. Now to be fair, I was disappointed in one aspect of the work, but here's the thing: after reaching out to them we were able to have a fair, reasonable, and constructive dialog. They heard my side, understood where I was coming from, and were back in 2 days to make things right. And made it right they did, working extra hard and going above and beyond. That's how you handle customer service.

Grounds Guys did an excellent job on our project. Andre really listened to what we were hoping to do. He provided ideas and did not overpower things. It was very low pressure. Our project started on time and the team was incredible. They were all aligned with the plan and so kind and courteous. They worked SO hard!! Our finished product exceeded my expectations! I LOVE our new walkways and landscape elements. I had neighbors texting or intentionally stopping by to compliment the work. Highly recommend Grounds Guys from start to finish!

We have a larger property in Mclean. I sent out 26 requests for proposals to various landscaping companies in the area. The Grounds Guys and Andre (the owner) stood out by far — both for the level of customer service, and knowledge. Andre is a former marketing executive with a formidible team of franchisee owners, and other specialists behind him who deeply care and know alot about lawns and landscaping. We've been using the Grounds guys for six months now — for landscaping purposes, for snow removal, for gutter cleanings, and holiday lighting. I am grateful to have found them. They have been incredibly responsive to our needs, are exceptionally professional, have a deep knowledge of the work, and I can trust them for fair market rates.

We reached out to the Grounds Guys days before the snow/ice storm hit on Jan 24 and they responded immediately. After assessing our needs for driveway, walkway and sidewalk clearing they provided a reasonable estimate for snow removal. Although they were delayed a few days due to the severity of the ice accumulation from the storm, they did an excellent job on our property and we would definitely use them again.

When the snowstorm came, I was a bit delayed on having someone help to clear it from my driveway and walkway. Thankfully the ground guys added me to their schedule last minute and dug me out.🙏🏽 they were true lifesavers. They were fast and efficient and got the job done so that I could get in and out of my home and have deliveries made to me. I really appreciate them so much.

The associate who cleared a wide enough path so I could get out of ny garage and to the street did an excellent job. He even waited until I pulled onto the street to be sure I could safely drive onto the syreet.

Financing options are available through Regions financing, a third-party lender. The Grounds Guys is not the lender and does not make credit decisions. Financing approval, rates, terms and payment schedules are determined by Regions financing and your credit profile. Financing is subject to credit approval. Not all applicants qualify. Terms vary based on creditworthiness. Restrictions may apply.

We stand by the promise to do the job right. Our independently owned franchise owners will perform services in a professional, workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. If you believe the job was not done right, contact your local franchise owner within 1 year and they will re-perform the services at no additional cost to you. In the event you are still not satisfied, our liability is limited as set forth below.
DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES
Because we are a services company and do not manufacture products, we only warrant their services with the “Done Right Promise.” Except as otherwise provided or where prohibited by law, we provide no further warranty as to the services and all third-party manufactured materials or goods provided or installed in connection with the services are provided without warranties by us of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our independently owned franchise owners make no representations and expressly disclaim the above warranties including any as to the reliability, quality, or performance of any third-party manufactured materials or goods or installed in connection with our services.
EXCLUSIONS
The “Done Right Promise” is subject to the following exclusions: (i) services that you request be re-performed that were not originally agreed to be performed for you; (ii) losses or inability to perform arising out of acts of nature or other force majeure event; (iii) losses or inability to perform arising from the acts or omissions of you or a third party; (vi) losses or inability to perform arising from a manufacturer’s or a product’s defects; (v) losses or inability to perform due to unforeseeable or latent defects in the premises or property; and/or (vi) services that you request be re-performed but for which you have not previously paid in full.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED SO WE CAN PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AT A REASONABLE PRICE. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED OR WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY SHALL WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR CLAIM ARISING FROM INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, PRODUCT DEFECT OR FAILURE, ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY YOU OR A THIRD PARTY, LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITY, AND/OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS HAD NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS, CLAIM, OR DAMAGES.
