Some large piles of "dirt" (our yard is mostly clay) were left behind, we also needed the yard raked/graded to prepare to plant grass, and had some plant beds created and made ready for planting. Our yard was soggy and still wet from recent rains, so instead of driving heavy equipment onto the grass we did have they did the job by hand.
