I had a very good experience with the company. They put in a large patio in my front yard. The communication was good. Kirk and Scott came out and sent me a timely estimate. I was struggling a little bit with the price but when I saw all the time and effort it took to complete the project, I understood. Kirk really cared about my wishes and continued to check in throughout the project. I am very happy with the result and would recommend them to anyone.

10 feet of pipe was used to reroute the original pipe that was damaged and eight sprinkler heads were replaced. The sprinkler technicians were very knowledgeable.

The grounds guys have been so awesome to work with! We moved here about a year ago and so grateful we found them! Very nice guys who have taken excellent care of our yard. They do an awesome fall and spring cleanup! Always great service with a smile. If you need any level of work done to get your yard looking perfect from a simple mow and trim to a total makeover, I highly recommend getting on their schedule!

I originally spoke to Scott last November about planting a tree for me. He was very informative and honest about it not being a good time. He told me what to do to help insure the tree’s survival and did not forget to call me recently to set up a time to get my tree in the ground. He also made some landscaping suggestions about helping make the spot look better which I am very pleased about. The employees were very nice and accommodating and gave instructions on watering and fertilizing to give the tree the best chance of survival. They cleaned up after they were done and were very nice to and tolerant of my big dog. Not a big job but they worked as if I was a big customer.

Called for yard work and was super nice. They are fast and on top of it. Definitely recommended this company if you need yard work address ASAP.

This is actually my dad’s Google account …but i (Tina) am very pleased with my experience with the Ground Guys …they’ve done some cleanup and snow removal for me …this spring they will be doing a turf and I have signed up for their annual maintenance. Im looking forward to a very long “relationship” with the Ground Guys

Ground Guys have been great to work with. They keep our grounds looking good in the summer, and our parking plowed in the winter. For commercial or residential, they’ve taken care of us.

Ground Guys worked with us and tended to our specific needs. I had a point person who I could text if something came up which was important. Always available, very professional and just plain friendly to work with. First snow they came early.

I am one of the owners of TLC-Patriot in Billings, and we were recently asked to work with The Ground Guys on short notice. They noticed a leak in the homeowner’s cistern while excavating for a retaining wall. A few hours later we were on site collaborating and strategizing so that we could get the leak fixed without delaying their retaining wall project. Their crew was professional and accommodating to ours and we were able to fix the leak, keep them on schedule, and ensure another satisfied customer. As a business owner, I respect other companies who can handle challenges in an efficient, creative, and collaborative way with a focus on customer satisfaction. I cannot say enough good about the Grounds Guys of Billings. They are very easy to work with, always very friendly and clean up all grass clippings. They even helped me clean up fallen limbs and hauled them away for me after a storm we had. Highly recommend if you are looking for a company to take care of mowing and trimming your yard!

This company and the gentlemen I have been working with have been such a gift to me this summer! My lawn looks great, their help with my sprinkler system has been fantastic, they are consistent and on time, and communication is wonderful! I am so pleased with Win and his crew!

I cannot say enough good things about Jack and his crew. They successfully completed an extremely difficult job that required heavy rock removal while avoiding damaging existing facilities. They are pleasant to work with and have reasonable pricing. We plan to hire them next year for some backyard work.

Had a small yard of weeds and rocks felt like chaos. Scott gave me a quote for microban turf. Kirk and their guys came out dug up my yard 6in down(manually!) in this 90 degree heat, heard no complaints. They laid down some turf for my dogs and river rock around the edge. It is serene and beautiful. Grounds Guys would be top notch in my book!! Scott, thank you so much!

How about ease of availability to answer your call and discuss your needs. They are eager to assist and provide attractive pricing and quality work. It seems like a simple combination, though this can be hard to find with many service business needs. Not with the Ground Guys. Highly recommend.
