From my very first call—which was on a Sunday, when The Grounds Guys are technically closed—Mark Tackman proved to be comprehensively assistive. I was dealing with two totally different water emergencies, one with an indoor water heater and one with my flooding irrigation system and damaged sprinkler pop-ups. While on the phone, Mark walked me through troubleshooting my water heater. Even though that wasn't what I technically called him about, it sure was time-sensitive and urgent for me. When Mark came on-site, he efficiently walked me through my entire irrigation system, pinpointing three specific issues. After replacing my damaged sprinkler pop-up and reattaching another within 5 minutes, Mark targeted my two root problems: (1) a leak at the PVC connection feeding my backflow preventer, which I would have never discovered myself, even looking in the right place, and (2) a bad sprinkler controller unit, revealed through Mark's diligent testing. Mark arrived with absolutely everything needed to rectify my irrigation system, and, best of all, as an educator myself, I learned everything I needed to know about what he was doing and why. Mark Tackman is a bona fide expert, and humble to boot. I will be contacting The Grounds Guys for all of my irrigation needs, and I can't recommend them enough for your own.

My lawn was patchy, dying, and just ugly before these guys helped me out! Their work is fantasic and they have a wonderful demeanor.. All the men working here are a pleasure, the manager was easy to talk to about exactly what I needed. I will 100% keep using this crew for lawn care in the future. Everyone on the crew was respectful, helpful, and friendly.. Also very well versed in what they do. Overall a pleasure, thanks you guys! :)
