The lawn crews are friendly, efficient, and consistently deliver excellent results. I’ve been working with the Ground Guys since mid 2020. They’ve become like a family friend. I couldn’t say enough good about them. Even through dealing with the freeze and plants shortages, they’ve kept up with what I needed and done their best to fulfill my crazy specific plant requests. They’ve legit looked for my plant for a year. As someone running a business, I’ve always said, you learn the most about a business when things go “wrong.” Not that the business did anything wrong but things happen. I’ve been with these guys through The Freeze and COVID but they’ve always handled business. They’ve got great people who care about your dreams/landscape too. Mid-freeze, I have Jim and his crew coming to cover my plants. I know for a fact, every tarp he had was at a customer's home, but some plants at his house died, and nearly all mine survived. Very simply, you can’t ask for better.

Can I just say how great it was to work with this team from start to finish! It was easy to set up an appointment to go over the concerns with my yard, then a quick turn around for estimate. The Ground Guy's team came out and transformed my back yard back to it's original glory. Their service team took the time to explain what they did, ensure I was completely satisfied before leaving. The follow up support has been fantastic. I am happy to support local business and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to spruce up their home!

I highly recommend Grounds Guys of Pflugerville! They did an outstanding job from beginning to end. I needed someone to remove elephant grass from across my backyard, a 10 foot band almost 200 feet long. A new subdivision changed the drainage. The grass went nuts. I’d get it cut down and it’d be back in weeks. Very frustrating. After 36 years with no drainage problems to speak of, it was distressing. I needed someone new, found the website, called and someone came within days for an estimate. Great guy! He said that not only could you cut it down, you could eliminate it for good. Perfect! He explained everything clearly and thoroughly. The crew was fabulous! Hard working, careful, and courteous. I can’t say enough good things about the crew chief. He explained everything they were going to do and what to expect. He was very personable and sure knew what he was doing. A pleasure to work with! I enjoyed talking to him. The grass is now gone and shouldn’t come back. Everything was removed down to the dirt. And, a bonus – the guys took away the ever-present brush pile and some branches I’d recently pruned. They also took care of some previously unknown poison ivy. I really appreciate the excellent job. Grounds Guys of Pflugerville are first on my list from now on.
