The Ground Guys of Pflugerville have serviced my yard for over two years. Jim transformed my muddy, grass less back yard to a thing of beauty. Amazing landscaping of troubled areas, the addition of zoysia grass, a new vibrant tree and excellent care on a biweekly basis. Jim, Tina, Ale, and Evie are so easy to communicate with. Extremely responsive with your needs in mind. People say I pay too much, but my mom always said, “you get what you pay for” and I now have a beautiful back yard that my 3 four legged kids love to be in. If you want the best, call this team, you won’t be disappointed I promise.

I had the Grounds Guys put in five trees last August and all was well – but this spring they started getting pushed up because of the clay we have under the ground to the point that they were all leaning badly and two could have been pulled right up by hand. Jim and Milt came by this morning and fixed them all up and now they are sturdier than ever. These guys stand by their work and they are really great guys to work with too. I'd recommend them anytime.

I have used their mowing services for a while and was very pleased so decided to try their other services. They came in yesterday and cleaned up all the beds and redid them and fixed the irrigation system. The removal of the Purple Heart which had overtaken the big bed was just so thorough. Very easy to work with from quote to delivery, professional and left everything clean. I will be using more of their services

I highly recommend Grounds Guys of Pflugerville! They did an outstanding job from beginning to end. I needed someone to remove elephant grass from across my backyard, a 10 foot band almost 200 feet long. A new subdivision changed the drainage. The grass went nuts. I’d get it cut down and it’d be back in weeks. Very frustrating. After 36 years with no drainage problems to speak of, it was distressing. I needed someone new, found the website, called and someone came within days for an estimate. Great guy! He said that not only could you cut it down, you could eliminate it for good. Perfect! He explained everything clearly and thoroughly. The crew was fabulous! Hard working, careful, and courteous. I can’t say enough good things about the crew chief. He explained everything they were going to do and what to expect. He was very personable and sure knew what he was doing. A pleasure to work with! I enjoyed talking to him. The grass is now gone and shouldn’t come back. Everything was removed down to the dirt. And, a bonus – the guys took away the ever-present brush pile and some branches I’d recently pruned. They also took care of some previously unknown poison ivy. I really appreciate the excellent job. Grounds Guys of Pflugerville are first on my list from now on.

I use Grounds Guys for my lawn maintenance and tree and shrub pruning. They are AWESOME! Their service is top notch. Their customer service is top notch. I can't say anything negative about them. While they may not exactly be the cheapest, the value they give far exceeds anything you can find elsewhere. They've set the bar so high, I doubt I will ever find another company to match the new level of my expectations of what a company should be like.

I don't know a Lantana from a crate myrtle so I told them my request is the plants are very low maintenance because the only thing I hate more than yard care is folding clothes. They did exactly what i asked. The plants will take time to grow, but aside from the basics there is no intensive upkeep. Just pull some weeds from time to time. I can mange that. I will be recommending them to the friends and family that I like. The rest are on their own.

We stand by the promise to do the job right. Our independently owned franchise owners will perform services in a professional, workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. If you believe the job was not done right, contact your local franchise owner within 1 year and they will re-perform the services at no additional cost to you. In the event you are still not satisfied, our liability is limited as set forth below.
DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES
Because we are a services company and do not manufacture products, we only warrant their services with the “Done Right Promise.” Except as otherwise provided or where prohibited by law, we provide no further warranty as to the services and all third-party manufactured materials or goods provided or installed in connection with the services are provided without warranties by us of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our independently owned franchise owners make no representations and expressly disclaim the above warranties including any as to the reliability, quality, or performance of any third-party manufactured materials or goods or installed in connection with our services.
EXCLUSIONS
The “Done Right Promise” is subject to the following exclusions: (i) services that you request be re-performed that were not originally agreed to be performed for you; (ii) losses or inability to perform arising out of acts of nature or other force majeure event; (iii) losses or inability to perform arising from the acts or omissions of you or a third party; (vi) losses or inability to perform arising from a manufacturer’s or a product’s defects; (v) losses or inability to perform due to unforeseeable or latent defects in the premises or property; and/or (vi) services that you request be re-performed but for which you have not previously paid in full.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED SO WE CAN PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AT A REASONABLE PRICE. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED OR WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY SHALL WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR CLAIM ARISING FROM INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, PRODUCT DEFECT OR FAILURE, ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY YOU OR A THIRD PARTY, LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITY, AND/OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS HAD NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS, CLAIM, OR DAMAGES.
