Wish I called theese guys first

I called Michael out if the blue when my electric mower quit and within 5 days they mowed my lawn, and did an exceptional job mowing and trimming. My backyard is difficult with all the trees, but their quote was a good value for all the time, effort and care they put into their services. I have used other services, and The Ground Guys have proven they are Customer driven, and professional.

The Grounds Guys of Stow, as a team, did an excellent job of pruning, removing weeds and thistles, and shaping our gardens. In two days they cleaned up our overgrown gardens then before leaving walked me through the finished gardens to make sure I was satisfied and said they will see me in 2 months. I was very pleased.

I was told about the Grounds guys in stow from another company I use for lawn maintenance. I needed someone to dethatch my lawn and seed bare spots in the lawn. I called Grounds guys of Stow Ohio and spoke with the owner Michael Nickison. Michael came out with his crew and did the work I needed. He never took a break and worked very efficiently, and it was obvious he took great pride in his work. A couple weeks later I contacted him to remove hundreds of acorns in my back yard. Again, he and his crew worked well together and made quick work of a job it would have taken me weeks and weeks to perform. He is a very nice person to deal with and I would be happy to recommend him for your yard maintenance needs. Jack Snyder

The Grounds Guys of Stow ( Mike Nickison and crew) are the landscapers for my condo association- The Crossings of Stone Creek Trail in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. I have lived here over 5 years and we have had other landscapers – but I can not say enough good things about the Grounds Guys of Stow, Ohio. They are excellent in their care and service of entire property. We have had other landscapers that were not as knowledgeable, or demonstrated tremendous and exceptional care of our flower beds, lawns, bushes and trees. They are professional and friendly. I have highly recommended them to other condo associations and friends. Update Fall 2025 Hired Mike & his amazing crew for a complete backyard renovation and came through in spades! Patio,vinyl fencing, and river rock transformation! Were a pleasure to have transform the yard and highly recommend and will be using their services in the future! —Initial Review Summer 2024 Mike and his crew did an amazing job of clearing out our new backyard and making garden beds complete with mulch and weed block. Also grinded down several stumps and removed a large rose bush. Very enjoyable experience and great results! Will definitely look in to using them for future work in the future! APRIL 2021…Michael came out today to give me a quote, he was nice, he was on time, and he gave my Husband and I a GREAT quote to have the home we just bought cleaned up. The leaves needed to be picked up all over our yard, from under the deck, to the bushes that have been neglected for years and around the garages. Plus, he’s removing a decent amount of our outdated bushes and trimming up others. He gave me some excellent ideas that him and his company can do for us in the future to make our home look clean and pretty. AFFORADBLE TOO! Thank you and we look forward to seeing our clean yard and then hiring you again to do some landscaping for us…UPDATE Nov 2023. I became a widow suddenly. I forgot about the leaves that needed to be blown to the street, I called Michael since my husband won’t be doing yard work anymore and he sent out his workers quickly.
