I had a failed Fescue lawn full of weeds in a neighborhood of perfect lawns. I had several companies come out for estimates to pull up my lawn and replace it with Zoysia. Guided by instinct, I decided to go with Seth and the Grounds Guys. I was right. Seth and his crew were awesome! They pulled my lawn up, installed 2 French Drains, and laid Zeon Zoysia (Seth’s recommendation and a good one). It looks amazing! I can’t say enough about the crew. They graded my lawn for proper drainage and laid the sod on some of the hottest days in June. They never let their quality of work slide. They were polite and so nice to work with. I have sodded a couple of lawns in the past and have never had the seams fill in so quickly. See the included picture. The lawn is a little under 2 months old. I had several neighbors email me or stop while I was outside to ask who did the work for me. If you need work done on your lawn and especially if you need a lawn pulled up and replaced, I highly recommend the Grounds Guys.

Seth worked with me in my decision for the choice of paver stone. The first stone was chosen from a picture, but when the crew brought it out, it was clear it was not going to work. He looked for a replacement, and brought it out so I could see it for myself. It turned out to be the perfect choice. The 2 crew members did a wonderful job, and I couldn’t be happier!

I've worked with The Grounds Guys of Huntsville for two small projects around my house and they did an excellent job each time. If you're a first-time homeowner, you'd be surprised how difficult it is to find landscaping services who are willing to work small and medium-sized projects. Most places are only interested in large, commercial-scale or high-end residential projects. However, the Grounds Guys worked with me on the small projects around my home and did a great job each time for a reasonable price. If you need some landscaping help that won't break the bank or turn you away because your project is too small, don't hesitate to reach out to The Grounds Guys of Huntsville!

We stand by the promise to do the job right. Our independently owned franchise owners will perform services in a professional, workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. If you believe the job was not done right, contact your local franchise owner within 1 year and they will re-perform the services at no additional cost to you. In the event you are still not satisfied, our liability is limited as set forth below.
DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES
Because we are a services company and do not manufacture products, we only warrant their services with the “Done Right Promise.” Except as otherwise provided or where prohibited by law, we provide no further warranty as to the services and all third-party manufactured materials or goods provided or installed in connection with the services are provided without warranties by us of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our independently owned franchise owners make no representations and expressly disclaim the above warranties including any as to the reliability, quality, or performance of any third-party manufactured materials or goods or installed in connection with our services.
EXCLUSIONS
The “Done Right Promise” is subject to the following exclusions: (i) services that you request be re-performed that were not originally agreed to be performed for you; (ii) losses or inability to perform arising out of acts of nature or other force majeure event; (iii) losses or inability to perform arising from the acts or omissions of you or a third party; (vi) losses or inability to perform arising from a manufacturer’s or a product’s defects; (v) losses or inability to perform due to unforeseeable or latent defects in the premises or property; and/or (vi) services that you request be re-performed but for which you have not previously paid in full.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED SO WE CAN PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AT A REASONABLE PRICE. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED OR WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY SHALL WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR CLAIM ARISING FROM INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, PRODUCT DEFECT OR FAILURE, ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY YOU OR A THIRD PARTY, LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITY, AND/OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS HAD NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS, CLAIM, OR DAMAGES.
