We are absolutely overjoyed and couldn't be more pleased with our " little slice of paradise" new backyard transformation by the Grounds Guys of North Fresno and Madera. Tim Joey and the crew did a phenomenal job collaborating with us on every single step of the project from the pristine lawn to the seamless Irrigation and sprinkler system. They took the time to explain the significance of why and where they planted each palm tree, sego, and small plants, ensuring the perfect layout for our space. The project was completed in a timely manner and the pricing was highly cost-effective, aligning perfectly with our budget.. Following the completion of the project, everything was left completely clean and perfectly in place. Even after finishing the job, their customer service has been outstanding. I have reached out to Tim for advice on lawn Fertilizer, pre-emergent, and application timelines and he has been incredibly helpful returning my calls within Hours. They truly turned our backyard into an absolute paradise, oasis, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Excellent service and highly recommended

The Grounds Guys transformed our plain dirt yard into a beautiful outdoor retreat. They started with our bare dirt flowerbeds and worked hand in hand with our nursery to plant a gorgeous display of color and greenery. They installed sprinklers and drip that makes it easy to maintain. We asked for lighting, and they went above and beyond! It was so much more than we had anticipated, and we are thrilled! The Grounds Guys were attentive, responsive to our questions and suggestions, and made recommendations that truly turned our yard into the envy of the neighborhood! The knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence is impressive, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

In October 2024 we contacted The Grounds Guys for a bid on landscaping for our front yard. Tim Kruger, owner, and his team at The Grounds Guys’ response was immediate. Tim, Joey, and Mike are everything a customer would want in project managers. The Grounds Guys are extremely knowledgeable plant experts, along with their landscape “build” skills and high standards of quality. The scope of their skills cover all components of the landscaping job, from site preparation, irrigation, planting, to clean up. Their customer service focus was evident from the start, as we discussed our vision, the design plans, planting, and the timing. They have excellent communication skill sets, listening skills, and are expert professional businessmen. In all instances, all our questions were answered promptly, patiently, and thoroughly. Mike Burns and Joey did an outstanding job placing the plants, confirming their location. Mike then completed the planting, putting the finishing touches on the job, carefully watering the plants and cleaned up, resulting in a beautifully landscaped yard and lawn. Mike performed all this with an extremely POSITIVE AND HELPFUL ATTITUDE. The Grounds Guys use very user-friendly software to communicate estimates and invoices. We found working with The Grounds Guys to be an excellent experience…stress-free, polite, respectful listeners, and with all our questions answered happily.
