Eric and his crews have taken care of our yard needs from snow removal to mowing, trimming bushes and pet waste removal. They are the most professional and reliable residential yard service i have used. I know some people love yard work, that's not me. I prefer enjoying the lake and not worrying about the yard! I definitely recommend them for year round service.

Used the Ground Guys of McHenry for the second time this year for general Spring clean up and installation of gutter drainage. Scott came out to go over what I was looking to have done. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable. Had a quote within a week or so and was able to get scheduled promptly. Guys showed up on time and were great to work with. They did an awesome job; we will be using them for future work. I went through 3-4 other landscapers just to get a quote and get ghosted. Never had an issue or concern with The Ground Guys!

They helped us out when we were in a bind last year, and we've hired them for another season. They mow our lawn evenly, trim the edges, clean up the lawn debris, and then move on to the next place. If you have a question, Eric is super responsive. Thank you!

We love Ground Guys and have referred them to several neighbors who have complimented our lawn. Our home was vacant for over 18 months when we purchased it, and the lawn looked every bit of it. There was no grass, just all weeds and the dirt was rock hard. After one season of them tending to it, it looks like unbelievable. We cannot wait to see the progress from this year! Don't take my word for it, pictures below! (My dog on the left is totally fine. He was passed out from playing!)

They were very reasonable in price and Eric spent time offering some additional suggestions for future landscape projects. We hired them for a fall clean up service and are so relieved to have our tree line and garden beds all done for the season. We had a lot of leaves and all of that was taken care of on the lawn. Karen was very helpful in getting quotes over to us and friendly, too.

They did a great job with our mulching. Besides mulching our existing beds, they cut a new area for mulch around the perimeter of our house, and also cleaned out stones and piles of sod that were under our deck before leveling the area and adding mulch. Their service was timely and the price was reasonable.

Financing options are available through Regions financing, a third-party lender. The Grounds Guys is not the lender and does not make credit decisions. Financing approval, rates, terms and payment schedules are determined by Regions financing and your credit profile. Financing is subject to credit approval. Not all applicants qualify. Terms vary based on creditworthiness. Restrictions may apply.
DONE RIGHT PROMISE
We stand by the promise to do the job right. Our independently owned franchise owners will perform services in a professional, workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. If you believe the job was not done right, contact your local franchise owner within 1 year and they will re-perform the services at no additional cost to you. In the event you are still not satisfied, our liability is limited as set forth below.
DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES
Because we are a services company and do not manufacture products, we only warrant their services with the “Done Right Promise.” Except as otherwise provided or where prohibited by law, we provide no further warranty as to the services and all third-party manufactured materials or goods provided or installed in connection with the services are provided without warranties by us of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our independently owned franchise owners make no representations and expressly disclaim the above warranties including any as to the reliability, quality, or performance of any third-party manufactured materials or goods or installed in connection with our services.
EXCLUSIONS
The “Done Right Promise” is subject to the following exclusions: (i) services that you request be re-performed that were not originally agreed to be performed for you; (ii) losses or inability to perform arising out of acts of nature or other force majeure event; (iii) losses or inability to perform arising from the acts or omissions of you or a third party; (vi) losses or inability to perform arising from a manufacturer’s or a product’s defects; (v) losses or inability to perform due to unforeseeable or latent defects in the premises or property; and/or (vi) services that you request be re-performed but for which you have not previously paid in full.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED SO WE CAN PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AT A REASONABLE PRICE. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED OR WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY SHALL WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR CLAIM ARISING FROM INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, PRODUCT DEFECT OR FAILURE, ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY YOU OR A THIRD PARTY, LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITY, AND/OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS HAD NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS, CLAIM, OR DAMAGES.
