We are very pleased with The Ground Guys. From start to finish we have had constant communication with them about our project. Francisco listened and made suggestions to our ideas that worked perfectly. Our walkways and flower beds are beautiful now due to the hard work of their staff. The crews were very pleasant and worked hard to make our lawn beautiful. We couldn’t be happier with the work they did for us. Marco was always on site and ready to answer any questions we had. We definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to have quality work done with a company that listens and understands what homeowners want to do.

We got a referral to The Ground Guys from a friend. We had a terrible drainage issue on the side of our house with leaking into our garage when it would rain really hard, really fast. See the picture of before drains were installed, you can see standing water backed up and pooling. The team was pretty detailed in putting together a quote. They anticipated completing the job in one day. Once they started digging they discovered that the previous drainage system was installed over our irrigation system or the gutters went to a hole in the ground, not connected to any pipe. That explained why there was so much pooling and leaking. They fixed the problem by rerouting the drainage and irrigation pipes around each other, see pictures. It took a little extra time on a second morning but the final result seems to be working.

I highly recommend The Grounds Guys of University Park. They hit the ground running and wasted no time blowing out all the leaves in the front and back yard and the bushes were trimmed to perfection. All the leaves and clippings were put in their truck for recycling. The front flower beds were a mess. The overgrown beds were cleared of old mulch, overgrown grass and weeds. Mesh was installed along with beautiful brown mulch. Thank you, Grounds Guys, for a job well done!!

They pulled the weeds, trimmed and shaped the hedges…they hauled off all of the clippings and trash…they were willing to hit the extra mile and get it done within a few days of me reaching out. Let me start with: I DO NOT MAKE THEIR JOB EASY! I have multiple dogs, one being a puppy great dane who has decided that digging holes should be a past time sport worthy of an Olympic gold medal. I literally have to fill the holes and then put mini garden gates around the dirt to allow the grass time to grow back, and the locations of my little gates change all the time. Matt and his team take the time to ensure all the nooks and crannies are cleaned up, weed wacked, mowed, and cared for. EACH TIME! The attention to detail on my property is astounding and I honestly could not be more pleased with the work they perform. I am also a single mom with very little garden tools, so sometimes I need a little extra help with bushes and hedges, etc. The team is responsive to all my requests and the next time they come – ITS DONE! 10/10 recommends using The Grounds Guys for your home lawn needs. Overall, I am so happy with them and just think it is such a blessing to have them taking care of my yard.

Matt was quick to respond, and able to come out and see the issues we had. The fence company we hired put a post over the irrigation pipe line that they broke. He was friendly and professional. Able to solve our problem in no time and the cost was very reasonable. Def would use them again.
