This company went above and beyond! We had something as simple as our sprinkler winterized. We were given updates every step of the way as every zone of our sprinklers were inspected. When problems were detected we were made aware of what was happening right away. The whole process was very meticulous. We really appreciated the attention to detail and communication. We’ve used other companies in the past for this service but they have always just come out and blow the water out of the lines with little to no communication about the condition of our system.

These guys are A+++! I have used multiple lawn and landscape services over the years and changed companies annually due to poor communication, inconsistent service, lack of quality, the list goes on. When I call or email the Ground Guys they answer, arrive on time (actually early), outwork themselves, our yard looks FANTASTIC. They are also extremely personable individuals. I will be a repeat customer with this company, and I can’t say that about any other lawn care/landscape company in the Jackson area that I have used. And it’s been a handful of very popular ones that have been around for a while! You will be happy you hired this company :)
