Great customer service!

Work was done quick and efficient, but communicating with the company and scheduling was a bit of a pain, as I didn't get regular responses to emailed questions or get my phone message returned. I only wanted to know when I could expect the crew to arrive. Just a day and not a time is pretty annoying. In future, it'd be great to have someone knock on my door, say hello, walk me through the process before work starts, and let me know when work is finished. Will be happy to have them out in Spring again.

I actually may move our service to this company because of one of the company’s employees. I lost my wallet and Joe returned it to my house going out of his way. I did not have any money to give to him and he did not ask for it but as he left I wanted to give him another gift but he had already left. Joe is a true asset to this company and after reading the reviews will contact them for landscaping. If they are professional in one area, this points to professionalism in other areas. We highly recommend working with the Grounds guys for all your landscaping needs. We’ve used them for years as a full service landscaper for our property in Manhasset and we’ve always had a great yard and service. Additionally we’ve used them for major project work during renovations to completely redo our yards, build stacked stone walls, full irrigation installation and more. Jimmy and his crews are great to work with and very responsive when we have issues to fix.

Jim runs a great operation and I have used him on many of my landscape construction projects. He is very knowledgeable, easy to work with and reliable. Highly recommend!
