I had an exceptional experience working with The Grounds Guys of NWA. I hired them for a variety of tasks, including digging holes for my rose bushes and hydrangeas, as well as planning my fall grass seeding and topsoil replacement. Jay, the owner, was fantastic to work with. He is incredibly responsive, answering texts and emails promptly and offering support whenever I had questions. What impressed me most was their attention to detail; they were extremely considerate of my irrigation system while digging and were incredibly tidy with the cleanup afterward. I found their pricing to be abundantly fair and worthy of the work they did. It is rare to find a team that combines high-quality labor with such professional communication and care for the property.
