Grounds Guys of NWA has completed two jobs for our home, Fall of 2025 and Spring of 2026. His team showed up as scheduled, and the Guys were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and tidy. I met with Jay (Grounds Guys of NWA Owner) at my home in January to discuss details and schedule Spring cleanup (April) for my home’s existing landscape. It’s important to note that Jay took time to visit me in person rather than by phone to better understand the work I proposed. Jay assured me that, given the opportunity, he and his crew would gladly meet and / or exceed my expectations. I was relieved, and pleased, after the work was done, as promised, in April. The crew who did the work were on time, efficient, polite and respectful of us and our property. The yard looks great.
