This is the third year we have used The Grounds Guys and it is such a relief to know that the lawn will be mowed and trimmed regularly without any drama. The few issues we have had – crew forgetting to spray for weeds – scheduling the gutter cleaning — have been quickly and satisfactorily resolved with one call to the office scheduler. Paying online is also a convenience. The crew can come do the lawn even when we’re not at home and we know they will do their customary good job.

Carriage Park is a gated community with more than 400 homes in Hendersonville, NC. In late 2013, the Grounds Committee of the Carriage Park Homeowners Association conducted a comprehensive review of potential landscape service providers and selected The Grounds Guys of Asheville. The decision was based on a number of criteria – 1) quality of work provided to existing customers, 2) company profile – number of employees, insurance standards, professional image, quality of equipment, use of technology and communication systems – phone, web, GPS, email, customer feedback and 3) fair price for the work provided. We have just completed our first year of service and quite simply The Grounds Guys have exceeded our expectations.
