I cannot say enough good things of about The Grounds Guys of Montgomery. Casey and Jennifer will go above and beyond to ensure a job well done. I’m a devoted gardener and I would say 80% of our property is heavily landscaped. It’s my passion, and it’s not a normal request by any stretch of the word to ask a landscape company to do what I requested of them. I was in desperate need of help; it had reached a point I wouldn’t go outside because I couldn’t stand to look at it. Unplanned medical events have kept me out of my yard for the entire year and it’s a full-time job to upkeep. They came in and completely weeded my entire garden, picked up weather debris, trimmed hedges, and placed fresh pine straw in the four areas I requested. I’m EXTREMELY picky and very meticulous when it comes to my garden. They made certain everything I requested was done to perfection and I couldn’t be more pleased. They dotted all the I’s and crossed every T on my list. I’ll certainly be using them soon for additional pine straw that needs to be placed after the fall leaf drop and continued maintenance on my hedge trimming and mulching needs in the future. Hopefully I will be fully healed by next spring and handle the weeds myself. :0) I’m so appreciative for them and the work they did for me, and this review could never adequately express my gratitude. Thank you for returning my flower garden to a state I can enjoy and find peace in again. The photos included only show about one third of the areas they worked on. I did not post photos of the other areas because the plants were stressed from the neglect they received this year and I felt it detracted from the wonderful job they did.

Financing options are available through Regions financing, a third-party lender. The Grounds Guys is not the lender and does not make credit decisions. Financing approval, rates, terms and payment schedules are determined by Regions financing and your credit profile. Financing is subject to credit approval. Not all applicants qualify. Terms vary based on creditworthiness. Restrictions may apply.

We stand by the promise to do the job right. Our independently owned franchise owners will perform services in a professional, workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. If you believe the job was not done right, contact your local franchise owner within 1 year and they will re-perform the services at no additional cost to you. In the event you are still not satisfied, our liability is limited as set forth below.
DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES
Because we are a services company and do not manufacture products, we only warrant their services with the “Done Right Promise.” Except as otherwise provided or where prohibited by law, we provide no further warranty as to the services and all third-party manufactured materials or goods provided or installed in connection with the services are provided without warranties by us of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our independently owned franchise owners make no representations and expressly disclaim the above warranties including any as to the reliability, quality, or performance of any third-party manufactured materials or goods or installed in connection with our services.
EXCLUSIONS
The “Done Right Promise” is subject to the following exclusions: (i) services that you request be re-performed that were not originally agreed to be performed for you; (ii) losses or inability to perform arising out of acts of nature or other force majeure event; (iii) losses or inability to perform arising from the acts or omissions of you or a third party; (vi) losses or inability to perform arising from a manufacturer’s or a product’s defects; (v) losses or inability to perform due to unforeseeable or latent defects in the premises or property; and/or (vi) services that you request be re-performed but for which you have not previously paid in full.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED SO WE CAN PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AT A REASONABLE PRICE. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED OR WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY SHALL WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR CLAIM ARISING FROM INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, PRODUCT DEFECT OR FAILURE, ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY YOU OR A THIRD PARTY, LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITY, AND/OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS HAD NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS, CLAIM, OR DAMAGES.
