⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend The Grounds Guys of Bonney Lake I want to give a big thank you to Lauren, Justin, and the entire Grounds Guys team, including Cisto, Cody, and the other crew members who have worked on my property. From the beginning, their communication has been excellent. Lauren and Justin have always been responsive, professional, and willing to answer questions or make adjustments when I needed assistance with my contract. The mowing and edging services have consistently looked great. The crew shows up on schedule, works efficiently, and leaves the yard looking neat and well-maintained. Their attention to detail and professionalism have been appreciated. What really stood out to me was their willingness to go above and beyond. On two separate occasions, they helped take care of wasp issues around my property, which was incredibly helpful and not something they had to do. That level of customer care is hard to find. The entire team has always been friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. We have had The Grounds Guys of Bonney Lake to our house several times to do different lawn care jobs. They are family owned. Justin came to our house and explained what he was going to do to return our lawn back to normal after a tree was removed. He did an excellent job. He was professional, nice and answered all my questions. If you call them, you will get Lauren. She is a pleasure to talk to. I explained what I needed during one phone call and she helped me problem solve the situation. She sent Robert out to help with our irrigation system. He too was wonderful! Seriously, give them a call!

They’ve come out twice now. Once for winterizing and then for startup of sprinkler system for the year. Fixed a sprinkler head that was damaged by a lawn mower, adjusted others, and set up the watering schedule. They were great at explaining the zones, how much water they should put out, and schedule based on such. Also, went over using the seasonal adjustment. Lots of great info, to include being timely, easy to communicate with, and local. Appreciate the work.

They were great and quick to respond. They were out in the absolute pouring rain to winterize ours and multiple neighbor’s systems. They discovered a leak in a sprinkler line and offered a repair option if our new home builder warranty wouldn’t take care of it….(found out that our LOUSY builder will not cover it) So, we will have GGBL fix it in spring.

Great communication, punctual and transparent – from the office to the team who comes to your home. Reasonable prices and friendly. They even left us with a little gift!

The Grounds Guys are doing a really good job of helping us get a handle on our terrifying weed situation. It’s no longer terrifying. It’s taken a little while but our yard is beautiful and weeds are no longer the first thing you see when you walk in our yard. Every inch of bare soil was inundated with weeds so bad we wanted to sell our house. The Grounds Guys literally saved us. They are friendly, flexible, and you get exactly what you ask for with a smile, and some great gardening tips. We are so happy to have them working with us and helping us keep our yard beautiful.

I highly recommend The Grounds Guys of Bonney Lake! They did a great job of cleaning up the overgrown yard, trimmed the bushes and tree’s and did weed control on the grass. It was a big job and they had lots to haul out when they were done. We’re very happy with Justin, Lauren and crew and the fabulous job they did!

Justin and his team did such a wonderful job! We had black bark put in around our property and it looks so much better than it did. Justin also looked at a couple of trees were worried about and gave us directions on how to kill the fungus and they are both looking better. They were professional and kind. I highly recommend them!

Great customer service and the team that did the work did a great job

Excellent crew, dependable and they always go above beyond. Solved several issues caused by other vendors who never saw projects through despite promises. These guys fixed it all and saw it all through. Super happy to have them bringing my yard back to where it needs to be.
