Straight Ground and pound

Absolutely flawless job! I live in Rockwood, the land of maple tree hell, I don't have a leaf in my yard right now! You can actually reach a human being on the phone, they are very polite and keep you informed. Price was right! Professional and kind staff!

Despite delays and an extended wait, it was worth it. Nic and team put in enormous effort to ensure everything was done right and came out looking amazing. I waited until after winter to see if there was any shifting/settling, and it was quite minimal, which is excellent for a patio. They did great work.

We hired the Grounds Guys of Spokane to clean up our yard of leaves and debris. Our yard is almost 1 acre and was a mess from having early snow and cold last fall so we were unable to clean it up before winter settled in. They arrived on time and were so professional and very hard workers. We would definitely hire this company again and recommend to anyone that needs yard cleanup. Could not say enough good things about working with The Grounds Guys. They did a landscape design and installation for my previously blank-slate back yard. They were able to incorporate my ideas where I had them, and provide suggestion and direction where I didn't know what I wanted. They were able to decipher what I wanted even when I wasn't able to communicate it well. The end result is head and shoulders above what existed before and the process really made it a joy. Nic and team were diligent, communicative, and helpful every step of the way and they wrapped up the job faster than I initially expected with. I felt like Nic was invested in making it look good and making sure I was satisfied with it, which is a rare find. Would happily recommend The Grounds Guys, and will definitely come back to them again if I have future projects!

Great customer service

I have had the Ground Guys provide and install Christmas lights for the past two years. The first time you use them, you purchase the lights and and years going forward they store the lights and bring them back for the next year’s install. Nic has been the technician that has installed my lights the past two years. Very awesome to work with and very professional. If you are in the market for lights/light installers, I highly recommend the ground guys and Nic. They will do custom colors and strands to your exact measurements, and the best part is, as I mentioned earlier, they store the lights until the following year.

I highly recommend this company to everyone. Very professional, great group of people that did a great job in my backyard. I will definitely hire them again, the rock and the added touches they did, I couldn’t be happier. Shout out to Nic, Devin, and Mary who did the work. Kristi was top notch to work with too!!
