I would like to say that as a manager of a large multi-family property we deal with our fair share of grounds related issues, whether it is sprinkler related or landscaping related we have always been able to rely on Grounds Guys. Scott is always extremely professional and even took the time to walk me through our entire sprinkler system which he came out to on his own time to ensure we didnt have large areas of grass that died and manually ran like 60 zones of sprinklers for us without charging us. He makes sure our spring flower installs are beautiful and is always proactive about repairs. We highly recommend their services and commend their thoughtfulness in caring for our property like it is their own.

Scott's team just completed a total overhaul of our front yard into a gorgeous SpokaneScape. They were fast without rushing, took care to make sure everything was right. Additionally, the Grounds Guys were wonderfully competive which enabled the project from the outset, and helped us to really do something special vs. a pile of rock, or mulch. I would highly recommend The Grounds Guys of Spokane. No uThe team were so friendly and efficient. They did a beautiful job laying beauty bark in my garden areas which are good size, and did it in a matter of hours. They were careful not to damage any existing plants, small or large. Before they left, they cleaned up everything, leaving no debris behind. It was an awesome experience to watch them transform my yard.

The Grounds Guys were great to work with. Scott was very helpful during the design phase and listened to what we were looking for. We had them do a small landscape project in our front yard to start with. It turned out to be a bit more work than anticipated. But Thomas and Gabe tackled the project and it looks amazing. Thomas was good about letting us know where they were in the process and what they would be doing next. We are already planning to have them work on the backyard in the future.

The appointment was easy to schedule, and the service person that came to the house was thorough in ensuring we were getting the best performance from our system. We've used others to start up our sprinkler system, and have been disappointed with spotty results (broken sprinkler heads not repaired, some heads overgrown by plants but were overlooked, etc). Highly recommend the Grounds Guys.

Financing options are available through Regions financing, a third-party lender. The Grounds Guys is not the lender and does not make credit decisions. Financing approval, rates, terms and payment schedules are determined by Regions financing and your credit profile. Financing is subject to credit approval. Not all applicants qualify. Terms vary based on creditworthiness. Restrictions may apply.

We stand by the promise to do the job right. Our independently owned franchise owners will perform services in a professional, workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. If you believe the job was not done right, contact your local franchise owner within 1 year and they will re-perform the services at no additional cost to you. In the event you are still not satisfied, our liability is limited as set forth below.
DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES
Because we are a services company and do not manufacture products, we only warrant their services with the “Done Right Promise.” Except as otherwise provided or where prohibited by law, we provide no further warranty as to the services and all third-party manufactured materials or goods provided or installed in connection with the services are provided without warranties by us of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our independently owned franchise owners make no representations and expressly disclaim the above warranties including any as to the reliability, quality, or performance of any third-party manufactured materials or goods or installed in connection with our services.
EXCLUSIONS
The “Done Right Promise” is subject to the following exclusions: (i) services that you request be re-performed that were not originally agreed to be performed for you; (ii) losses or inability to perform arising out of acts of nature or other force majeure event; (iii) losses or inability to perform arising from the acts or omissions of you or a third party; (vi) losses or inability to perform arising from a manufacturer’s or a product’s defects; (v) losses or inability to perform due to unforeseeable or latent defects in the premises or property; and/or (vi) services that you request be re-performed but for which you have not previously paid in full.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED SO WE CAN PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AT A REASONABLE PRICE. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED OR WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY SHALL WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR CLAIM ARISING FROM INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, PRODUCT DEFECT OR FAILURE, ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY YOU OR A THIRD PARTY, LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITY, AND/OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS HAD NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS, CLAIM, OR DAMAGES.
