Excellent customer service. The gentleman who came out to assess and give me a quote was kind and personable. I had a quote within 24 hours and was able to pay online. Office staff was great! They were able to fit me in earlier than anticipated and got the work done in a day. The crew who arrived were friendly and hard working. My only complaint (if I had to have one), was that I had to reach out to ask about scheduling several days after the first invoice was paid. I will definitely be hiring them again for future jobs and recommending them to neighbors.

100% recommend! We had them do irrigation installation, new sod, and a drainage project in our large new build back yard. They were fantastic. The quoting and scheduling process was great and fast. I highly recommend The Grounds Guys Of East Wichita! Wade (project manager) and his crews were extremely skilled, on time every day, polite and conscientious. Initially, Jeff (Owner) came by to listen and gather details for a free estimate. Once those specs were lined out, Wade & Jeff both came by to address any final questions and communicate possible start times. When the project began it was easy to tell I had made the right choice! This was a complete irrigation, lawn and beautiful Flagstone patio installation (In my opinion, Abi and his team are basically artists in Flagstone placement and setting). Before work started I showed Jeff and Wade pictures of the way our yard previously looked and expressed my hope that they could restore its former beauty … they certainly did that! My wife and I are extremely pleased! One more thing … oftentimes office staff simply answer the phone, take questions and pass on messages … these folks are different in that they were able to answer, in detail, most of my inquires with no further assistance. They did amazing work! We would highly recommend them to anyone. They buried a downspout for us and installed sod for most of our backyard and the side of our front yard. They also replaced and fixed a few sprinkler heads that we didn’t even know needed attention. They were also very easy to communicate with. Thank you!
