My backyard was in a state of disrepair after years of dogs and neglect by me! I have tried to reseed several times over the years, and it never goes well. Finally decided to get sod. Shopped around and quotes were ALL OVER THE PLACE… someone suggested "The Grounds Guys" to us so we had them come take a look and provide a bid. They came in SIGNIFICANTLY lower than other bids… which, made me a bit nervous. But then project day arrived and I figured out why their cost was so low. They had their stuff together and got IN and OUT super fast. Sod showed up in the morning… the crew got there around lunch time and they were done that afternoon. I was amazed. And the sod looks great. They gave me all the info I needed to make sure it rooted properly. If I were to take like 1/4 star off, they did break one of my sprinker heads, but they probably were not even aware. Based on the overall work, I will give them the benefit of the doubt! Would recommend and if I need any more work done on the yard, they'll be the first place I call.

We had multiple issues with our sprinkler system. Rewiring the main line that got cut, rerouting a line around a new deck post, multiple cloged heads and probably a 1lb of dirt/gravel flushed out. Sydney was super helpful with scheduling and rescheduling. Andrew was very professional, helpful, and worked quickly. He got everything up and running.

Jeff came up with a great plan for a low to no maintenance front flower bed for my house. I was just OVER doing maintenance and fighting the weeds and grasses in it every year. So I waved the white flag and called The Grounds Guys. They helped me work in my budget, and the crew was extremely fast. Old bed out and irrigation updated in less than three hours! Front of my house now has great curb appeal and I smile now that I don't have to spend my weekend tending to it. Thanks Jeff, Brian, the crew and all the administrative staff for getting this over the finish line ? ? ?

I highly recommend using this company, the whole team is great to work with and they go above and beyond what anyone could want or expect in a lawn company. We needed a complete lawn renovation and sprinkler installation. They kept us updated each week on where we were in their schedule and communicated thoroughly throughout the whole process. Everyone was very professional and courteous. They are very hard workers, we had a brand new sprinkler system and lawn by the end of the day! We are extremely pleased, they definitely exceeded our expectations!

We have had The Grounds Guys of Wichita install an irrigation system, do some landscaping involving new shrubs as well as totally replanting/redoing new grass in both front and back lawns over the past few years. Jeff is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain the process. Their hard work has produced a gorgeous thriving lawn for us! Each Grounds Guys employee who has worked on our lawn has been very knowledgeable, cordial, hard working and prompt to show up on time. Sydney and Lainie in the office do a great job of scheduling and answering any questions we have. We highly recommend The Grounds Guys of Wichita. This crew is AMAZING. I use contractors frequently and it says something that The Grounds Guys of Wichita excel in communication, performance, price, and attitude! They are consummate professionals. They fixed my yard after another contractor left deep ruts making it impossible to mow. I HIGHLY recommend these folks for landscaping needs!!! Thanks Brian, Sydney, Lainey (sp?) and the whole crew. Financing approval, rates, terms and payment schedules are determined by Regions financing and your credit profile. Financing is subject to credit approval. Not all applicants qualify. We stand by the promise to do the job right. Our independently owned franchise owners will perform services in a professional, workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. If you believe the job was not done right, contact your local franchise owner within 1 year and they will re-perform the services at no additional cost to you. In the event you are still not satisfied, our liability is limited as set forth below.
DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES
Because we are a services company and do not manufacture products, we only warrant their services with the “Done Right Promise.” Except as otherwise provided or where prohibited by law, we provide no further warranty as to the services and all third-party manufactured materials or goods provided or installed in connection with the services are provided without warranties by us of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our independently owned franchise owners make no representations and expressly disclaim the above warranties including any as to the reliability, quality, or performance of any third-party manufactured materials or goods or installed in connection with our services.
EXCLUSIONS
The “Done Right Promise” is subject to the following exclusions: (i) services that you request be re-performed that were not originally agreed to be performed for you; (ii) losses or inability to perform arising out of acts of nature or other force majeure event; (iii) losses or inability to perform arising from the acts or omissions of you or a third party; (vi) losses or inability to perform arising from a manufacturer’s or a product’s defects; (v) losses or inability to perform due to unforeseeable or latent defects in the premises or property; and/or (vi) services that you request be re-performed but for which you have not previously paid in full.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED SO WE CAN PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AT A REASONABLE PRICE. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED OR WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY SHALL WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR CLAIM ARISING FROM INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, PRODUCT DEFECT OR FAILURE, ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY YOU OR A THIRD PARTY, LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITY, AND/OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS HAD NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS, CLAIM, OR DAMAGES.
