We could have not chosen a better company to have sod work done. They were excellent! From killing off our horrible grass to putting down our new sod. Andrew and his crew were amazing and very hard workers. Jeff told us a lot about how to care of our yard. If you are wanting a trustworthy and hard working company to do work on your yard, we totally recommend The Ground Guys!!

I had a 9 or 10 ft tall Spartan Juniper just fall over. I called The Grounds Guys, the receptionist was very friendly & got to work on fitting my job into their schedule. Two nice young men came out & were able to lift the tree & stake it up. Then I asked if they could help me with my sprinklers . They said yes & fixed them quickly. They were friendly & very knowledgeable. I will use absolutely call The Grounds Guys for future work !

I called the Grounds Guys and within one week, I had an estimate for my front and back yard irrigation. The work was completed within one day. I am so impressed by this company. Every employee that I interacted with was so professional and friendly. I watched the process and they answered all my questions and explained the procedures. I love doing business with Jeff. The supervisor, Brian, had all the work going smoothly and the other workers were always smiling. Thanks, Diego, for explaining your work. Then the sweet girl in the office, made me feel like my job was very important to them. So… I knew they were the best and I was so happy to have it happen at my house and the cost was much less than I expected!

My backyard was in a state of disrepair after years of dogs and neglect by me! I have tried to reseed several times over the years, and it never goes well. Finally decided to get sod. Shopped around and quotes were ALL OVER THE PLACE… someone suggested “The Grounds Guys” to us so we had them come take a look and provide a bid. They came in SIGNIFICANTLY lower than other bids… which, made me a bit nervous. But then project day arrived and I figured out why their cost was so low. They had their stuff together and got IN and OUT super fast. Sod showed up in the morning… the crew got there around lunch time and they were done that afternoon. I was amazed. And the sod looks great. They gave me all the info I needed to make sure it rooted properly. If I were to take like 1/4 star off, they did break one of my sprinker heads, but they probably were not even aware. Based on the overall work, I will give them the benefit of the doubt! Would recommend and if I need any more work done on the yard, they’ll be the first place I call.

The Grounds Guys had my irrigation system repaired in a very short time and the cost was fair. I will be using this company again for further work on my property.

I can’t say enough about how positive my experience was. At all times the team was professional, honest, timely, efficient, patient with my 500 questions and thorough. The crew that came to my house for installation of irrigation and sod were hard working, dressed in company shirts and ensured they didn’t leave for the day until each job was done. I support recommending Grounds Guys with no hesitation!

We had multiple issues with our sprinkler system. Rewiring the main line that got cut, rerouting a line around a new deck post, multiple cloged heads and probably a 1lb of dirt/gravel flushed out. Sydney was super helpful with scheduling and rescheduling. Andrew was very professional, helpful, and worked quickly. He got everything up and running.

Jeff came up with a great plan for a low to no maintenance front flower bed for my house. I was just OVER doing maintenance and fighting the weeds and grasses in it every year. So I waved the white flag and called The Grounds Guys. They helped me work in my budget, and the crew was extremely fast. Old bed out and irrigation updated in less than three hours! Front of my house now has great curb appeal and I smile now that I don’t have to spend my weekend tending to it. Thanks Jeff, Brian, the crew and all the administrative staff for getting this over the finish line 👏 👍 😀

Fast friendly service

I highly recommend using this company, the whole team is great to work with and they go above and beyond what anyone could want or expect in a lawn company. We needed a complete lawn renovation and sprinkler installation. They kept us updated each week on where we were in their schedule and communicated thoroughly throughout the whole process. Everyone was very professional and courteous. They are very hard workers, we had a brand new sprinkler system and lawn by the end of the day! We are extremely pleased, they definitely exceeded our expectations!

We have had The Grounds Guys of Wichita install an irrigation system, do some landscaping involving new shrubs as well as totally replanting/redoing new grass in both front and back lawns over the past few years. Jeff is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain the process. Their hard work has produced a gorgeous thriving lawn for us! Each Grounds Guys employee who has worked on our lawn has been very knowledgeable, cordial, hard working and prompt to show up on time. Sydney and Lainie in the office do a great job of scheduling and answering any questions we have. We highly recommend The Grounds Guys of Wichita. INCREDIBLE!! This company is 5+ stars!! From beginning to end, they are so professional and communicate clearly every step of the way. Our landscape project was very extensive, and they have our property looking better than ever. After being with a big name company in Wichita for many years, it was frustrating to not be able to have them schedule us due to being “too full” for the whole season-I called in February. I looked up the Ground Guys on Google, read the reviews, and gave them a call. They were out to our house to work in that same week. I’m so grateful that things didn’t work out with the other company, because the Ground Guys finished work was far superior to what we’ve had before. The Ground Guys great reviews are legitimate. We now have our new landscaping company. You won’t be disappointed!!

Easy to work with and quick response

I used TGGOW to install a new irrigation system, sod, and landscape lighting. On a couple of days, it felt like the entire company was in my yard doing their respective jobs. Even Jeff the owner was there making sure everything was running smoothly. From Willie to Brian, and Charlie, everything was finished in a timely manner. Even when I called to make a small change, there came right out. My first contact was Lanie who answers the phone and any questions you may have. She gets the ball rolling. The final approval comes from my wife, and she is very happy.

Very professional company and our yard looks exactly as they promised. I highly recommend.

I just hired them to do a sump pump discharge line repair. I was extremely impressed with the communication, work completed, and fee for service. I highly recommend them and will be hiring them again for sure!

Project came in under “guestimate ” and Charles was wonderful to work with. Even with having to dig into the lawn to access the necessary parts of the sprinkler system, he took great care to fill the hole properly and replace the sod. You can hardly tell any work was done! Lainie in the office answered our questions with speed and accuracy. All considered and after a couple weather interruptions, this was a great experience.
