David Delgado
Owner
David was born and raised in San Antonio. He attended Central Catholic High School in San Antonio and is a graduate of Texas A&M University Corpus Christi. His career for the past 15 years has been in finance, however, has always been a big DIY project and woodworking kind-of-guy. He has always had a passion for project work including landscaping and lawn care. He is excited to start his The Grounds Guys of Northwest San Antonio journey with his wife Molly by his side. David and Molly married in 2012 and they have two beautiful children Cash (2019) and Henley (2021). David enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar for his church Grace Point, hunting/fishing, and watching his Cowboys and Aggies on TV. -
Molly Cappadonna
Owner
Molly was born and raised in San Antonio. She attended Sandra Day O’Connor High School in Helotes and is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University. For the last decade and a half, she has focused on growing her career in the financial services industry, but in 2024 decided it was time for a change. Molly chose to pursue her passion for beautifying her community by transforming landscapes through the launch of The Grounds Guys of Northwest San Antonio along with her husband, David. Molly and David married in 2012 and expanded their family with the birth of their son, Cash, in 2019 and their daughter, Henley, in 2021. In her spare time Molly enjoys being outdoors, gardening, cooking and being active at Grace Point Church. -
Corey Richards
Crew Lead
Corey was born in Houston, TX and went on to attend Musicians Institute of Hollywood. After school, he served our country for 4 ½ years as a US Marine, including 3 deployments as an E-3. He is excited to join our team and help lead our crew to landscaping excellence. Outside of work, Corey enjoys skydiving, teaching/playing music, and movies. -
Rene Martinez
Crew Member
Rene is originally from Crystal City, Texas and has recently made San Antonio his home. He brings a strong construction background with hands-on experience across multiple trades, along with college training in the welding industry. Rene is known for his organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well with others. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time outdoors, as well as landscaping and fencing projects back home in Zavala County. He’s also committed to personal and professional growth and can often be found at the gym or focused on building a strong foundation for his future. -
Hector De Hoyos
Crew Member (Part Time)
Hector De Hoyos was born and raised in San Antonio and has enjoyed working outdoors from a young age. With years of hands-on experience in yard work, he takes pride in bringing strong skills, attention to detail, and a hardworking attitude to The Grounds Guys of Northwest San Antonio. Outside of work, Hector enjoys spending time with his wife, playing golf, and being with family and friends. -
Kyle May
Crew Member (Part Time)
Kyle was born and raised in San Antonio and is proud to serve the community he calls home as part of The Grounds Guys of Northwest San Antonio team. He is currently attending community college while bringing a strong work ethic and positive attitude to every project. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys music, grilling, and watching movies. His reliability and easygoing personality make him a valued member of our crew and someone customers enjoy working with.
