Tim to the rescue! We have a high pressure misting system on our restaurant patio at Bee’s in Oakhurst. This thing is a game changer for making outdoor spaces comfortable when it gets hot. The fine mist evaporates immediately and cools the air very effectively. I got it from a place in Southern California because I didn’t know about Grounds Guys. The system is made by Aeromist and Grounds Guys are the only authorized installer in the Fresno Madera area. It was perfect the first two years but needed service this year because we didn’t maintain it correctly. I called Grounds Guys and Tim came up to Oakhurst the next morning. He is professional, knowledgeable and kind. He has the pump with him at the moment but I will update this review when we get it all working again. I have complete confidence he will get our misters back in action for the summer season. Thanks Tim!

The Grounds Guys transformed our plain dirt yard into a beautiful outdoor retreat. They started with our bare dirt flowerbeds and worked hand in hand with our nursery to plant a gorgeous display of color and greenery. They installed sprinklers and drip that makes it easy to maintain. We asked for lighting, and they went above and beyond! It was so much more than we had anticipated, and we are thrilled! The Grounds Guys were attentive, responsive to our questions and suggestions, and made recommendations that truly turned our yard into the envy of the neighborhood! Michael from The Grounds Guys was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, he was friendly, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the sprinkler system. He took the time to explain what was wrong, what he was doing to fix it, and even shared helpful tips for keeping the system in top shape. His communication was clear, professional, and easy to understand—no jargon, just straight answers. The job was done quickly, and everything is working perfectly now. Had the Grounds guys out for an estimate and they were absolute professionals. They helped me to diagnose my sprinkler problems and educated me on how to keep my sprinklers running effectively and efficiently. Definitely will call if I have any more problems.

In October 2024 we contacted The Grounds Guys for a bid on landscaping for our front yard. Tim Kruger, owner, and his team at The Grounds Guys’ response was immediate. Tim, Joey, and Mike are everything a customer would want in project managers. The Grounds Guys are extremely knowledgeable plant experts, along with their landscape “build” skills and high standards of quality. The scope of their skills cover all components of the landscaping job, from site preparation, irrigation, planting, to clean up. Their customer service focus was evident from the start, as we discussed our vision, the design plans, planting, and the timing. They have excellent communication skill sets, listening skills, and are expert professional businessmen. In all instances, all our questions were answered promptly, patiently, and thoroughly. Mike Burns and Joey did an outstanding job placing the plants, confirming their location. Mike then completed the planting, putting the finishing touches on the job, carefully watering the plants and cleaned up, resulting in a beautifully landscaped yard and lawn. Mike performed all this with an extremely POSITIVE AND HELPFUL ATTITUDE. The Grounds Guys use very user-friendly software to communicate estimates and invoices. We found working with The Grounds Guys to be an excellent experience…stress-free, polite, respectful listeners, and with all our questions answered happily. The Grounds Guys were hired to redo my entire front yard. They did everything from A to Z including, demo of old yard, rebuilding the irrigation system, removal and redesign of a new walkway, large landscape boulders, all plantings, landscape lighting, and drainage. Very knowledgable of drought tolerant landscape and watering needs. Very professional and multiple follow ups. I would gladly hire them again for future work.
