We hired the Ground Guys for some backyard blackberry removal in Bonney Lake and am left delighted. They were timely, punctual, friendly and very patient with us seniors. Best of all they did a very professional job on a large project for a fair price. We discovered after they left, they did some extra work for us without charging or even bringing attention to it, so they have our sincere gratitude for going above and beyond. Highly reliable and dependable in our opinion. We will be happily hiring them again for some future yard maintenance projects.

They were great and quick to respond. They were out in the absolute pouring rain to winterize ours and multiple neighbor’s systems. They discovered a leak in a sprinkler line and offered a repair option if our new home builder warranty wouldn’t take care of it….(found out that our LOUSY builder will not cover it) So, we will have GGBL fix it in spring.

Great communication, punctual and transparent – from the office to the team who comes to your home. Reasonable prices and friendly. They even left us with a little gift!

They are doing a really good job of helping us get a handle on our terrifying weed situation. It’s no longer terrifying. It’s taken a little while but our yard is beautiful and weeds are no longer the first thing you see when you walk in our yard. They are friendly, flexible, and you get exactly what you ask for with a smile, and some great gardening tips. We are so happy to have them working with us and helping us keep our yard beautiful.

I highly recommend The Grounds Guys of Bonney Lake! They did a great job of cleaning up the overgrown yard, trimmed the bushes and tree’s and did weed control on the grass. It was a big job and they had lots to haul out when they were done. We’re very happy with Justin, Lauren and crew and the fabulous job they did!

Justin and his team did such a wonderful job! We had black bark put in around our property and it looks so much better than it did. Justin also looked at a couple of trees were worried about and gave us directions on how to kill the fungus and they are both looking better. They were professional and kind. I highly recommend them!

Great customer service and the team that did the work did a great job

Excellent crew, dependable and they always go above beyond. Solved several issues caused by other vendors who never saw projects through despite promises. These guys fixed it all and saw it all through. Super happy to have them bringing my yard back to where it needs to be.

They care. Return your phone calls, keep you informed, do what they say they are going to do. Trustworthy, and above all else are a nice, local, business. These are the people I want to support, a local family business that just happens to do great work

Moss is gone and lawn was seeded they were fast and great at communicating via calls and emails! Great team!

The Ground Guys of Bonney Lake are AMAZING! Lauren in particular went above and beyond to try to help us, even though we are out of their service area. I spoke to Lauren a few months ago about our project and she impressed me so much that months later I wanted to find out if somehow they had expanded their service area so that we could use their company for our project. She spoke to her husband to see if he would willing to go out of their area for us. He was! Unfortunately for us, it didn’t work out in the end because my husband wants/needs ongoing services that The Ground guys are unable to provide because of our distance. But her and her husband went above and beyond to try to help us to figure out a way to get us taken care of. We have five small dogs that made the whole situation challenging as well. Months after speaking with her and her husband I couldn’t find their phone number, and search for 3 hours online to try to find the company I had spoken with because they made such an amazing impression on me. Their dedication to customer service is nothing short of amazing. These days customer service seems to be severely lacking in a lot of companies. Lauren and her husband took the time to go the extra mile for us! Even tho we can’t use them for our project, Lauren is still keeping in touch with me about other options/companies that may be be able to service us! What?! Who does that these days?? Lauren does. I’m sad we can’t use them, but I want everyone to not hesitate choosing them! They are a special company that really appreciates their customers. Call them, you’ll see!

Loved the work that The Ground Guys of Bonney Lake did! They took their time to ensure that the lights were installed properly! Both Anthony and Collin were very courteous and friendly! The owners Justin and Lauren are very accommodating and nice people! Lauren worked with me throughout the entire process! I am very pleased with how it turned out! I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to get lights put up for Christmas! So glad to have found them as I was scrolling through instagram and Facebook!
