Wow! We asked for the Grounds Guys to install a French drain from the front to tha back of our property. This team is extremely professional. There work is impeccable. The cleaned up everyday. The sodded where they put in the drain and added grass seed where they had worked. It looks and works amazingly well. I would highly recommend the Grounds Guys!

Robert and his two helpers did an amazing job taking down a huge dead cedar tree behind my townhouse. We watched them for a long time to see how they were going to manage it, but had to run to the store. When we came back the area was cleaned up beyond our highest hopes! Highly recommend them and hope they get a bonus for a job that big!

I found the ‘Grounds Guys’ on the internet when looking for someone to finish a landscaping project left unfinished by another vendor. I am so glad that I did. They exhibited courteous professionalism from start to finish, kept me informed about next steps, have an updated online platform that allowed me to send pictures and other documents, as well as pay online. They stuck to their quoted price, which I found to be reasonable for my ask. Most important was the two man crew sent. It was a week ago, but I believe Robert was the supervising and I forgot the name of his partner. They were so kind, accommodating and easy to work with doing all that I asked expertly. This included weeding the beds, mulching, trimming the hedges. trimming the hedges, planting flowers both in ground and in pots, rearranging furniture and setting up my new sprinkler. No ask was beneath them and they served with a smile. I could not ask for more. I am handicapped and my husband and is nearly 80. I plan on calling them for my next project and recommend them highly.

They are hard workers and did all the tasks I asked for in one day during a very hot drought. They saved me so much work! Their work is very precise and neat and they were very careful to work around plants I wanted to save. (Ignore the lawn, we’re in a drought)

The technician was very polite and professional when he came to my home to turn on the irrigation system. While conducting the inspection he noticed water was leaking from around the barrings; which had not been detected the year prior by a different vendor. The system was scheduled for repairs at a very reasonable price. Thank you for going the extra mile and taking the time to do a thorough equipment inspection. It will save me money on my water bill. I didn’t realize how bad my yard was looking until The Ground Guys of West End came & cleaned it up. They removed all the sticks & branches, as well as blow all the leaves & pine tags out of the yard & flower borders! It looks fantastic now. Thank you guys!
