His price was the best, the work began and finished on time, and two months later, the grass is established and blends beautifully with the existing lawn. You couldn't see the seams between squares, and it was fitted like a carpet around tree and border areas. Carlos even stopped by weeks later to check on it! Highly recommend!

The owner, Mr. Carlos Salgado, came out right away to measure, and I had a clear estimate the very next day. We scheduled the work, and they promised the job would be completed in three days. They stuck to their word perfectly! First, they removed the old, dead grass, then they brought in good quality soil, and on the third day, they laid down the specific type of grass I chose. The crew worked incredibly hard through those three days, and they were so polite. They even went the extra mile by putting mulch in my flower beds and trimming a couple of bushes in the front. Before they left, they gave me great advice to water it every day and avoid mowing it for 30 days. After a few recent days of heavy rain, my front yard looks absolutely beautiful! The grass is so green and growing so fast. This entire project was managed flawlessly by the owner, Mr. Carlos Salgado, and his crew was extraordinary. Although the job could not be started right away, Carlos gave me an estimate of the start date which turned out to be very close to the actual start date.
