The team worked hard in incredibly hot and humid conditions to complete the job, even doing some extra things to ensure a fully clean look that would put the contracted changes in the best light. We are happy with the layout, the plants, the planting, and the quality of the work.

The Ground Guys were great! We had a very specific design in mind for our backyard. Craig looked at our drawing and made it come to life. He gave us advice on where we could cut corners to keep the budget down. He was punctual and estimated the amount of materials needed very well. He created several garden beds for us that all connected to a sensory walking path for our kids. We will be planting wildflowers & perennials along the path once it is warmer. Our yard project was unusual but Craig communicated clearly at each stage to make sure we were getting what we wanted. The garden & path will sure to bring us joy as a family for many years to come! We are excited to see the grass grow in the coming weeks. Thanks Craig!

Great experience using The Ground Guys. They did a spring cleanup for us and did a fantastic job. Craig came out, provided a quote, followed up in a timely manner, and scheduled us promptly. After the work was complete, the owner, Steve, stopped by to make sure everything was completed as tasked. You won’t find better customer service!

Very thorough job and excellent communication. They went beyond pulling the leaves from gutters – they cleaned the gutters, blew out the drain pipes and even blew the leaves off our driveway. No remaining mess! Also, they sealed a leak in the gutter and replace 4 missing gutter nails to eliminate water issues.

We have had such an amazing experience with the Ground Guys! We moved about a year ago and they have done or helped with everything from landscaping, mowing, lighting and sprinklers! Craig is amazing and always very helpful and quick to respond!

I used The Grounds Guys of Mason, OH for top-dressing of my .333 acre yard. Steve was very responsive to all of my questions and made sure the job was done right. I would not hesitate to use this company again!

Concerning The Grounds Guys of Mason. I couldn’t have asked for a better lawn servicing company. My wife and I had eleven boxwoods removed, which very large, and in various conditions. Grounds Guys arrived at the prescribed hour, to the minute, which is very important to us. They extracted the bushes expertly, in around two hours, which, considering the enormous amount of work, was amazing. Cleanup was excellent, looked like the boxwoods had never been there. Mulch was replaced, and the affected area appeared undisturbed. The quote was very acceptable, and the final price was not one penny higher. We are having a retaining wall installed very soon, and we are having them contract this project also. It’s hard to find reliable contractors today, and to find one that say, and mean, what they say they are going to do – and show up exactly – when they say they are, I would choose no one else. They are hard working guys. When you find an honest and reliable contractor, you hang on to them. And we definitely are.
