The Grounds Guys of Garner took care of our townhome community this year and it’s the best year our yard has seen in our 9 years of living here :) Brett was especially helpful, kind and went above and beyond (our kid also got a kick out of the riding aerator). We are very grateful for them!

I’ve been a Grounds Guys of Garner lawn maintenance customer for over a year and they’ve always done a great job, but then I had a special project I needed help with. The ground around my propane tank fill pipe was causing problems. Two different propane gas companies quickly looked at it an one suggested I raise the propane tank ($$$,$$$,$$$). Scott from Grounds guys of Garner came out at my request for a quote, and actually took the time to identify the real problem. He could have quoted a solution, but since he took the time to really figure out the problem he let me know I needed a new filler cap that a different company would need to provide. Given the season, this almost felt like a Gimbles and Macys, Miracle on 34th Street situation, sending business to the better solution at the expense of his own company. Scott and Grounds Guys of Garner are the “good guys” of Garner. Thanks Scott.

Grounds Guys has been taking care of our neighborhood, Courtyards at Andrews Chapel, for almost 5 years. Management and our site representatives are very easy to contact, easy to deal with, and provide prompt responses to our needs. The crew is always polite and respectful of property. Our Bermuda grass is lush and green. Grounds Guys contract is for mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, and mulch. Other services such as tree removal, planting, and concrete are completed upon request. We will continue to contract with Grounds Guys in 2026

The Grounds Guys of Garner handle our lawn care needs through our HOA. I was temporarily put on the “do not treat” list per my request, but about 4-6 weeks ago I requested to be removed from this list and have the HOA treatments by the Grounds Guys re-instated. A very nice young man with the Grounds Guys, Brett, was treating my neighbors yard and I asked if he had also done mine. He told me I was on the “do not treat” list. When I told him I was supposed to be removed from that list over a month ago, he immediately called into the company and took the necessary steps to resolve this issue so that he could treat my yard. I feel he went above and beyond to take care of me, which I truly appreciated. He could easily have said it would be something I would have to follow up on, which would have most likely meant I would have missed this treatment. THANK YOU BRETT FOR CARING ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS!!

The Grounds Guys of Garner did a fantastic job on my mulch! They exceeded my expectations. They did about 10 yards and were done within an hour. Terrific job done!

Spring trimming of shrubs, replaced dying bushes and installed turf for my dogs. The turf looks so real I had touch it confirm it was artificial. Grounds Guys made my small garden looks great.

I had been dreading dealing with my acre of fallen oak leaves, but the Ground Guys came out and formed a line with their backpack blowers and just made a big wave of leaves, moving across the yard and into the woods! Amazing to watch! Done in an hour! Yard looks fantastic and green, just in time for spring. Great service and communication with Alyssa, fast quote from Scott, they got the job on the books right away, and the crew showed up as scheduled !!! Highly Recommend!!!

The Ground Guys took on a difficult task cutting and clearing a truckload of grass clippings and thatch from my yard. They did and excellent job and I will use them again.

Just had patio done with a seat wall, square fire pit, grill insert with bar and walkway with steps, ambient lighting throughout and sod with The Grounds Guys of Garner and we must say that they have done an excellent job. Scott and Roberto were great in answering our questions and bringing to life our vision for the outdoor space. Roberto is a perfectionist and he made sure that he covered every attention to detail. The stone and paver work looks beautiful, especially at night with the ambient lighting. They also laid out sod around the area, cleaned up the backyard and front driveway and lawn after they were done. We will most definitely recommend them to others and use them again for future projects. Great job Grounds Guys of Garner!!

We hired the Ground Guys of Garner to install a french drain on the backside of the house. The price was fair and the drain system works excellent. Since the system was installed, my crawl space has been completely dry. Most importantly, it is an honest company run by honest people. If something goes wrong during the installation, the Ground Guys of Garner will make it right. Excellent customer service.

These guys give a fair price and do a great job on time . The guys who did the work were really sharp and easy to communicate with,work steady and did a beautiful job restoring my yard where a stuck forklift had torn up a large area .I highly recommend them.

The food was amazing! The service was amazing, too! They made us feel like we were the only ones there without hovering. They even called me and my husband by name. Nobody elase calls me Mrs! It’s very expensive, but I highly recommend it trip there.
