Responsive to queries and communicates well to understand customer needs. Initial delay responding to email sent late on a Friday before a weekend, so I recommend calling as well. Otherwise very responsive for a working business owner. Contract/work statement was easy to understand and straight forward, but is not itemized. Digital signature software link was easy to use. Payment was digital, making it easy to do business unless you are a customer who prefers other methods. Payment with credit card for this software requires a 3% fee like many businesses. Work quality was great, and precisely what was requested and paid for. This business also to fit us into their schedule early, and was able to accomplish all work while we were away from home during a workday. Recommend this business and will use again for seasonal cleanup for a polished curb appeal.

I called to see if I could get a quote for some standard yard maintenance and the Grounds Guys of Destin showed up the same day to not only scope out the yard while I was at work, but the team trimmed hedges, manicured some outgrown grass/leaves and cleared up some vines for free since they were in the area.. I could not recommend these guys more! Rob was quick to pick up the phone, polite and easy to communicate with given my schedule. The work that Rob and his team did was noticeable and really well done. I will be referring all of my friends and coworkers his way!

Needed my Sprinkler System repaired. The Technician Rob immediately responded and came out to look at the system. The system needed replaced and he gave me options that were affordable. After picking the best option, he immediately installed the new one. He didn’t try to sell me anything additioal or tell me I needed to replace sprinklers. Definately would recommend them.
