Angela, Travis and the whole crew go above and beyond to assist you in your lawn and landscape needs. We called to inquire of their services and they came out to get an estimate and to ask what I wanted done. They never tried to upsell anything. They kept in touch before and after they installed a couple trees and did the seasonal lawn treatments. I tried other companies but The Ground Guys were best for service and value!!

New sod project for the front yard. The Grounds Guys of New Braunfels arrived on time and completed the job in one day. Pricing was competitive and customer service, from the ground crew and the office staff, has been outstanding. Yard looks great…already receiving compliments from my neighbors.

They do a great job, reasonable prices, quick responses, and capable of lots more than just cutting the grass. They have reshaped our yard after years of mild neglect from previous owners – everything from trimming trees and bushes, installing river rock and stone borders on our landscaping, hauling away debris, etc. to connecting us with their sister company that installs Christmas lights and another that maintains our sprinkler system. Our yard is looking beautiful.

They did an incredible job on our very overgrown flowerbed. We were overwhelmed with weeds and they came out and completely transformed our yard. We are very pleased with the outcome and feel the price we paid was fair for the quality of work we received.

The Grounds Guys did a good a thorough job on a tough out of control growth in the bushes of our yard.

Travis was helpful and professional from initial meeting to completion of projects. Both crews did an excellent job, the landscaping and masonry as well. We are very pleased with their services.

The crews from Grounds Guys have done an excellent job of mowing, trimming, and cleaning up. When a sprinkler head was sheared off, it was promptly repaired the same day. Cathy, at the office, is very responsive to queries. I’m very satisfied with their service.

Travis has been very helpful in trying to manage an area of yard that gets muddy, nothing grows, and there had been soil erosion so we agreed on hardscape and it looks wonderful and professional; I am impressed and recommend the service highly for lawn maintenance as well. Cathy is very prompt with billing and provides excellent communication regarding cost and what to expect when there are any changes in the service. Thank you!!!

They completed a large drainage project and then came back and tweaked a small area that was accumulating water at no charge…crew was very accommodating.

They made appropriate plans incorporating the customers wishes. They also adjusted the plan in anticipation of changes in the weather.

Service performed as outlined & in a timely manner. I cannot take care of the small garden in front of the house. Garden was redone with plastic sheeting ,dead plants and grass in the bed removed. Much was cleaned and upgraded. Stonework around the area installed. Looks great!
