After the cold winter, a large portion of my front lawn was damaged and needed to be replaced(P1). I obtained estimates from three different contractors for installing new sod. Although The Grounds Guys of Jacksonville Beaches, Northside, and Yulee did not provide the lowest bid, their proposal was the most thorough, professional, and reassuring. About a week after accepting their proposal, the new sod was installed. However, after five days, I noticed that some areas of the sod were not doing well and several sections had turned brown and dry. I contacted The Grounds Guys and reported my concerns. The very next day, they came out to inspect the lawn. Later that same day, they informed me that they would replace all of the sod (p2)at no additional cost—without me even having to request it. They stood behind their work exactly as promised. During the initial consultation, they told me that if there were any issues, I should simply call them and they would come back and make it right. They honored that commitment completely. It is refreshing to work with a company that truly stands behind its workmanship and prioritizes customer satisfaction. I highly recommend The Grounds Guys of Jacksonville Beaches, Northside, and Yulee to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and customer-focused lawn care and landscaping services.

Working with The Ground’s Guys of Jax Beaches, etc was a phenomenal decision. I got quotes and opinions on how to revamp my lawn from 4-6 companies. It wasn’t until I met James (owner of GG) that I felt comfortable making a decision and moving forward. He listened to my past and current problems then provided his input on how to proceed. The price was fair and the work looks incredible. Their team communicates clearly from start to finish and James personally oversaw our project AND cane back the day after to help reset my sprinklers and even fix a few heads that his team had nothing to do with! Great experience. They were patient, timely and executed o exactly what we wanted for our backyard. The owner James was incredible, checked in on the work and made sure it was executed to a certain standard. We have more projects in the front and will definitely be using the ground guys again.

If you have an issue with anything landscaping, the Ground Guys are your solution. They were patient with an unexpected issue with my lawn irrigation. My rental company was unhelpful with fixing it, but the ground guys got on it immediately on top of providing an excellent resodding of my lawn.

don’t know what some of these people are talking about. if you don’t like the price just use someone else or do it yourself. they are not the cheapest but they are by far the best Ive used.

These guys have done a wonderful job, take care of mowing, edging and blowing. Even done some triming of trees and took all debris with them.

They did a complete Sod replacement for us… Great experience…. there were a a few pieces of Sod that were more brown than I liked…I pointed them out and they immediately replaced them, no questions asked…. they said that if there were any other issues in the to call them and they come back out and correct the problem.

I had a question after the Grounds Guys’ first visit. After I sent an email, the office responded extremely quickly. The Ops Mgr, Jim responded not only by email but by phone. He also came out with Ace that same day and walked my property and took notes on exactly what is to be done going forward. I appreciate the professional way in which it was handled and the swiftness to correct the situation.

Jim and his crew did a fantastic job sodding and landscaping my place of employment. I was the coordinator for this project this team is easy to work with, friendly and cost effective. Would recommend for commercial and residential.

Did a very nice job on the lawn.They mowed, edged, sprayed weeds, and blew off driveway.

Went apparently well so far. Been watering the sod, according to the instructions.
