Meet Our Owner: Navy Veteran James O’Brien
After 22 respectable years in the Navy serving our country, James O’Brien decided to work without boundaries. Eager to reap the rewards he sowed as an individual, he sought to provide his fellow community members with a helpful service at a fair price. A lover of the outdoors, stepping into franchise ownership with The Grounds Guys of Jacksonville Beaches, Northside, and Yulee became the natural next step.
As O’Brien grew his business, he brought exceptionally skilled members onto his team to enable him to keep up with the high number of customers that sought his services. With over 45 years of industry experience, the group enjoys sharing their knowledge and investing in their development. Taking pride in the quality of work and products the team provides their customers, O’Brien says, “We do not take shortcuts or use inferior products.
