I really enjoyed watching the Grounds Guys and Gals building our pool pad. They were very nice and friendly. They worked late into the evening to get it all done. It turned out great.

We had builder landscaping in which neither of us were clear with the other and we were unhappy with the end result. We lived with the builder landscaping for a year before exploring our options for change. I reached out to Grounds Guys and have nothing less that a nearly seamless process. They were able to introduce us to a landscape architect who took precise measurements, listened and made suggestions; she delivered 3D renderings which allowed us to get approvals from neighbors and our HOA. The install took place during the cooler months and was in two parts: hardscape and plants. The lead for both (Kane? sp) was phenomenal; he asked pertinent questions, was attentive to placements and materials, and was very reliable. The planting took a bit longer than expected but was executed so well that it was not a bother at all–the crew stayed on the job until everything was perfect. They did an excellent job of checking in along the way. We have a few small issues to complete, but I know that they will be taken care of with the same attentiveness that was displayed throughout the project. Highly recommend!!

Yesterday and angle showed up at my door: by the name of Kayne Hammond the owner of The Ground Guys of Georgetown. He and his helper scraped off 2 inches of ice off of my driveway and sidewalks, and about a foot of ice at my front door. He didn’t charge me for this service. He did it to help out a senior in need. The Ground Guys are reasonably priced and easy to work with. The fact that we can choose to mow every other week is wonderful for our yard and allows the grass to flourish. No contract makes it perfect when needing to stop for the dormant season. I cannot say enough good things about The Ground Guys!

I accidentally forgot to pick up stuff out of the yard before they showed up, turns out they picked it all up for me, they moved the trampoline in order to cut beneath it, they went over and above to give a quality service.
