Todd and Team replaced a large section of damaged St Augustine Sid a few months ago and top dressed our entire property. The property needed soil nutrients and was struggling to grow and fill in bare spots from the winter. Within a few weeks, our lawn looked like a green carpet, the sod took nicely. Today 5/29/26 we had a 2×6 area of sod that admittedly I damaged. Todd sent his new worker Andrew who fixed the damaged spot with new sod and top soil. We constantly get compliments from our neighbors on how lush our lawn looks. I have to say Todd and Team do amazing work. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and the end results are a beautiful lawn. Highly recommended The Grounds Guys for your lawn maintenance needs.

We spoke with Paul and told him we were looking for a property maintenance plan that involved everything about the yard for one monthly payment. He came up with a number we agreed with and Paul’s team was out the next morning. It’s been one month since I started having the grounds guys take care of my lawn. It has gotten better looking every week! The crew is very polite and professional, they will take the time to answer any questions that I have, and they also address any concerns that I may have! And they love pets, while here at my home last week, they found a dog running loose and asked me who it belong to, then they took the time to make sure the dog got home, safe! I absolutely love that! I have dogs of my own, I couldn’t have asked for a better group of guys! They make you feel like family! Thank you ground guys!!!

I had sprinkler issues involving the paver sidewalk and oak tree roots- way above my pay grade to repair. These folks showed up when they said they would and fixed the issue for as reasonably a price as is possible, keeping me informed all along the way in regards to the various issues they saw/fixed.
