I was looking for a reputable company to remove my existing grass to prepare for rock landscaping. Bobby and his team did an amazing job and even ran a drip system to my tree. When work was finished, they spent a good deal of time cleaning up my street where a large load of rock had been dumped that morning. I appreciate their attention to detail and Bobby’s ability to design a clean layout of low-maintenance, colorful plants, exactly what I had asked for. Very very happy!

The Grounds Guys of Arrowhead made the best impression and experience compared to all other companies ever used in the past! Period! I am impressed. After providing The Grounds Guys of Arrowhead the idea on paper they conducted their assessment. After their assessment, they walked us through the entire process step by step. They brought the idea to life and made corrections to past work from other companies. Mind you, we did give them an obstacle. The home (Burrow) of our tortious (Bacardi) is near the main yard area. They were not to disturb that area and move/work around the burrow. All the water lines were near the burrow. That means moving water lines or working the lines away from the burrow. Furthermore, they conducted a follow up today, two – three weeks after the work was done. They made sure the sod took and looked into areas of concern. They found concerns that we didn’t even recognize. They made adjustments, talked about a future plan and made adjustments to the timer. Folks! This company was paid 100% of the money after the work was done. You tell me what company you know that will actually return on their own will to make sure the work was to satisfaction? This company cares! You will not find such a company that will do that. It is rare! Oh! The Gound Guys of Arrowhead did not charge any extra due to the work around. They understood how important Bacardi is to us. It became important to them! In fact, we were able to make his own little yard and grass from the extra sod that was provided. Folks! Bobby, Christy and crew were wonderful to work with! With all the recent winds our trees didn’t withstand well. They came out right away – did amazing clean up. My husband and I highly recommend them. We will definitely be utilizing them for all of our landscaping needs!

High winds took down a large tree in our front yard. I called on a Sunday and Bobby showed up that afternoon, came back with crew the next day and had it removed with precision and efficiency. Happy to not only have the tree removed quickly but with tremendous value and responsiveness. He even came back a day later and replanted a new tree that will grow for years and generations to come.
