These guys came in and totally did a makeover of my front garden beds. They’re beautiful. The work was done quickly and most efficiently.

The Grounds Guys recently performed some landscaping work for me in our back yard. They completely rebuilt a block wall around a flower bed and rebuilt a paver patio that had settled unevenly. I would rate their work as 5 star. They completed the work in a timely manner & within budget. They showed up when they said they would. I would definitely hire them again for future projects.

The Grounds Guys Team are just wrapping up an outdoor lighting project at my residence.. Michael along with Mary and Devon have done an outstanding job with this project. I could not be happier. The Grounds Guys did a wonderful job fixing my sprinkler system! I inherited a poorly designed DIY sprinkler system. They were able to add drip lines, change out heads and move other heads so I’m now able to get complete coverage…all at a very reasonable price!

The Ground Guys took over our yard maintenance at the beginning of 2025. Separately, we also hired them to deliver a pretty significant landscaping project for our back yard, including a beautiful water feature. For ongoing yard maintenance, we’ve had 2 other companies in the past 3 years. We hired The Ground Guys because we had heard positive things about their company and were not totally satisfied with our previous company. The Ground Guys are what we’ve been looking for because they are the only crew we’ve worked with that actually makes sure every aspect of the yard is taken care. That means they pay attention each time they come out and address anything going on… from weed spray to plant trim, etc. Our yard has never looked better! For the landscape project, they did an AMAZING JOB! Not only were they great at the design process, understanding what we were looking for and providing suggestions we wouldn’t have thought of. Then, they were on time every day and highly communicative. We knew what was going on throughout the entire project (which went faster than we thought it would). The end result of the project is beautiful. We couldn’t be happier. In summary, I haven’t previously worked with a yard care company that is this proactive, communicative and downright pleasant to work with. We plan to stick with this company for a very long time – they are by far the best we’ve worked with.

Very pleased with the sprinkler repair work done by The Ground Guys. Dillon got right to work repairing a crack in a water line. Had to spend some time cutting a large tree root that was under the line. Once he cleared that he was able to do the repair and reinstall the sprinkler. Also replaced another sprinkler nozzle to get it working right. The final bill was very reasonable and less than I expected. I will use them again.

Dylan was AMAZING! He was friendly and knowledgeable. We had some issues with our sprinkler system and he was able to troubleshoot the problem and fix it quickly! We are so happy to have everything up and running again! Thank you so much Ground Guys!

I’ve just recently signed up with The Grounds Guys and received the first round of treatments, and the first thing I loved is how quickly they respond to their emails and how pleasant and gracious they have been. The treatment guy was very prompt and gone before I knew it. I’m very happy.

Ground Guys performed lawn aeration. Said they would arrive between 9 and noon. Got there at around 0930 and did a very thorough aeration. Will use them again in the Fall. Thanks.

Outstanding customer and Tech service. Called for spring sprinkler turn on and got an appointment time sooner then expected. Dylan showed up on time and got it set up and working fairly quickly. He helped out with a few minor repair issues and was very helpful. Plan on calling them again.

Not only are the lawn care packages comprehensive and tailored to your needs and budget, but also the work done is top notch and what you would expect from a professional service. The office and support staff are exceptional! They keep me updated on all the work that is being done and respond promptly to questions or requests for service. Most importantly, they have provided me with the peace of mind that my yard is being properly taken care and maintained. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone including family members. Luke at the Grounds Guys of Spokane was great to deal with. They provided everything you could ask for. They had fair prices, their quality of workmanship was excellent and they did everything on time. Additionally, they are just a great group of down-to-earth professionals that are respectful and friendly. I definitely recommend them.

I have extended my patio with pavers over the years, but knew I needed some help to cut out grass, the roots from my maple tree under them, and level it in this area. The response time was exceptional, the team that came out for the estimate- super friendly and listened to my needs. I had gotten an outrageous quote from another company. This is a small job. But The Grounds Guys were able to negotiate the job within my budget and the job was completed 2 days later! Mary and Devin who did the patio work were an amazing team! They were professional, got the job done quickly, and the best part, they were happy to be there and were so nice! The patio looks fantastic! It’s never looked this clean- they removed the moss and weeds between the pavers from the whole patio…not just the area they worked, before adding the sand. It is so refreshing to see people who really love to do what they do. Everyone went above and beyond with exceptional customer service. Not only that…but they are going to remove a boulder from my yard that NO OTHER COMPANY I CONTACTED would touch and gave me options to meet my budget. Whaaaaat!? Don’t go any further….this is the company to hire. Pics are before and after. Thanks Ground Guys for making this hard-for-me task so easy. Part 2: Gabe did my boulder demo and I could not be happier! It didn’t take him long, and his clean up was immaculate! He took the time to allow me to pick which rocks I wanted to keep and even placed the few I wanted in my yard for me. He was patient and listened to my ramblings about my yard. I finally have space on my patio that is usable. I was nervous about all the glass near this rock, but Zach, the project manager who oversaw both projects, put me at ease and got the jobs done exactly how I wanted with no damage anywhere! I would recommend this company to anyone!

Dillon came to restart my sprinkler system for the coming season. He was very polite and professional. He got the water turned on and worked to be sure all of the lawn would be covered. He even found a sprinkler head that wasn’t working well and asked permission to replace it. He did an excellent job.

The guys listened carefully to our concerns, and worked to make everything right.
