Matthew - Owner
He has passion to serve the people in his community. He is a retired United States Marine of 20 years, the Corps is where he developed his work ethic and and drive to succeed and church is where he learned how to treat others and keep his heart Christ centered. His love for the outdoors started with being in the Boy Scouts and a earning the rank of Eagle. Matthew has a wonderful family that keeps him busy and grounded he loves being a Dad to 3 great kids and a husband to his beautiful wife. You may ask yourself why the Grounds Guys, I truly believe its because we C.A.R.E we are professional and love what we do there is no company as engaged as we are. When Matthew is not running the business you can find him with his family at the beach, on the boat, or running down the side of the road getting in the morning PT. He can't wait to meet the next customer!
Julian
Jack of all trades master of none, Julian Sayles has over 5 years of experience in Lawn Care and never meets a stranger. Providing excellent customer care and professional communication with customers is a must for this USCG Veteran. Also while being a missionary to India and Nepal he has developed the values and heart to serve his customers and teammates with C.A.R.E. in everything he does. You can count on this Guy to take care of your Grounds! Fun fact: He could have his own Magic show in Vegas!
Kai-de
Kai-De grew up in Haleyville, AL (home of the 9-1-1 emergency service) and moved to Pensacola in 2018. She is married and has an American Bulldog named Chief. She is passionate about what she does and has over 10 years experience in lawn care. She loves the Alabama Crimson Tide. When she's not in The Grounds Guys uniform, she enjoys traveling with her wife, watching Alabama football (Roll Tide), or just relaxing on the beach.
Adam
I'm Adam, 40, father of 4 and grandfather to 1. During the day you can find me building Flagstone walkways, water fountains and patios. In my free time i'm usually with my family at the beach, fishing or grilling out.
John
John Poister will always leave you with a smile! Within a few minutes of talking with him you can find out why we love having him around. He is always cheerful and caring, putting his teammates first, values he learned while in the United States Army. He always knows how to bring a positive atmosphere which will leave you laughing and feeling like you belong. He is no stranger when it comes to Lawn Care and Agriculture. From growing up on a farm to doing Lawn Maintenance with Matthew (Owner) he has over 40 years of Experience! He is definitely one of our aces!

My name is Cory Meade, I am very passionate about my job and love to make customers happy. While I'm not at work I love spending as much time as possible with my wife, my family and my puppy dogs. I love to cook, be at the beach and creek as well as watch football on the weekends especially the Jacksonville Jaguars they are my favorite NFL team!
