With over 30 years of experience, Gary has been working in the lawn care industry since before he earned his high school diploma! After working with lawn crews all through high school and college, he graduated with an Education Degree but continued to mow lawns through the summers. Utilizing his growing wealth of experience, Gary bought his first mowing route and eventually started his own business when his oldest daughter was born. Business grew- as did the Fouts family!- and Jamee began working in the office full time in 2007. The Fouts’ decided to sign up with the Grounds Guys franchise in 2012 and are excited to see the business continue to thrive!
When they aren't working hard to make New Lenox and Orland Park neighborhoods beautiful, Gary and Jamee love spending time with their two daughters, traveling, and making good use of their season tickets for the Chicago Cubs. Let's go Cubbies!
While he enjoys umpiring baseball and spending time with family on the weekends, Brad's 10 years of experience makes him an all-star in account management. Brad says he enjoys being a part of a small business where he can be involved in every aspect- from being out in the field with the mowing crews to managing daily operations in the office. He says the most rewarding parts of his job are helping clients, knowing the team accomplished their job, and knowing the clients are fully satisfied.

A dedication to great service runs in the family! Rob is married to the Fouts' eldest daughter Stephanee, and loves the relationships he is able to build with his clients. What makes The Grounds Guys difference?
